I went into the store early to find a part and was greeted by one of the employees behind the counter named Bill. He was super helpful. By far one of the nicest people I may have crossed paths with. He was so helpful and very friendly. And that’s so nice to see nowadays. I left the store feeling better than I walked in. It’s so easy to write negative reviews. But equally as important to appreciate the positive. Thank you Bill for the help!

John and Bill both have been huge a help in getting us taken care of quickly with small engine repair jobs for others and automotive repairs for ourselves. Usually in and out fairly quickly with what we need. Send my wife by as we did yesterday for parts exchange under warranty with no hassle and again in and out. Sapo and all of the staff have been most helpful for years now!

There’sa young guy named Garrett that put wipers on my car which did not fit my car and myself and my daughter came so close to wrecking on the interstate because both blades flew off the car while it was coming a down pour and we barely got off the interstate thanks to this and on top of it when I called them the manager said he didn’t see where I even bought any there and Mr. Garret of course didn’t recall putting them on he’s excuse was he’s been doing it two years and that’s never happened yet well it has now and I feel like maybe he needs a little more training maybe not sure but me and my girl about lost our life thanks to the improper equipment that was installed

These guys were so nice to me. I came in with my toddler that saw a truck he wanted up front. i warned them he's gonna throw a fit when he leave and they assured me it was nothing they haven't dealt with themselves. One of them opened the door for me and the other carried my oil and filter out to my car as i obviously had my hands full. Thank you guys so much!

Continually miscommunication from clerks on what they have in stock. I made multiple trips to the store based off the information they provided only to find that the parts were not there.

Of all the Automotive’s retail stores, I think this O’Reilly store is really nice.No judgement if you don’t have grease under your nails either. Able to help answer questions. Reminds me of what going into hardware store used to be like. Can ask a relevant question and get a relevant answer and more if you want. Hard to come by in today’s world of disposable goods just buy new.
