The older gentleman that is working at the roadrunner third shift on March 22nd had no idea how to scan reward point had no idea how to work the damn gas pumps to prepay. I helped a few customers with the rewards points on how to manually enter there phone number. The place was full. Took 20 mins of standing in line to only find out he didn't know what he was doing.
