Well, I gave this place 4-stars. Why? Not because it’s a great place, but because it’s an adventure the second you walk through the doors. It is like you stepped into a time capsule of old department store goodness, right out of the mid-1970’s. It’s filthy and disorganized as heck. And, I say that constructively. The shelves are old and rusty, and with all the items half on the floor, it looks like those old shelves vomited. Inside, smells of old Protestant women and their items they sell make Dollar General look high-class.BUT, if you have nothing to do, take a stroll inside and walk up and down the aisles. I promise you, you’ll have a good time. I always buy something from them. Usually those old timey candies.

I absolutely LOVE this store. Since the new manager Ms. Paula Jones has taking over it it has become so much more easier to shop at. The organization of the store has improved SO SO SO MUCH. the employees are EXTREMELY helpful and hands-on. This store HAS EVERYTHING and the prices are absolutely the best. Every time i go here I am greeted coming in I am approached with a hand of help while shopping multiple times by different employees and I am greeted as I'm leaving. This is nice considering most places this day in time when walking in our or through none of the employees rarely even speak. There is always someone right there offering answers help or just a bright welcoming smiling and it makes shopping here so much better plus all the great prices and amounts of items to choose from is wonderful. I definitely would give this store a 100 stars and the management and employees 100 stars as well if it were possible.

I love going roses. They have lower prices then the bigger chain stores. Staff are so friendly. I highly recommend roses.

Staff in the store are extremely rude. They will not help u find anything. I told the old woman at the cash register that this happened and she said she did not care. And the store is a trashy mess. Very nasty staff and store!!!
