We only stayed one night but Joan was very accommodating. You can tell this was a fine Victorian home, full of wonderful antiques. But the best part was definitely the Breakfast! It was absolutely delicious and Joan is a wonderful hostess. Definitely 5 ?

I was there performing an annual service on the heating and air, great atmosphere and very hospitable.
