The only TruPoint bank I will do business with in the Abingdon/Bristol area. Very kind and courteous. Branch manager is very personable and gets to know you outside of your account. The ladies and gentlemen all remember your name and always have a smile on their faces.

This bank is a joke!! They advertise "free checking" but charge you for everything! When Target stores had an their system hacked, my card was part of the scandal. They made me pay to have my card replaced then pay again for my pin to be changed back to the one I had before. Recently they had an error with my account and demanded I paid for it though it was resolved in my favor!! I can't believe this place! I am contacting the BBU!
