If I could give negative stars I would. UPS's website quoted me $133.26 to ship my package, high, but understandable since the piece was 35in x 25in x 3in.I'm not even upset with the $54 price tag to have the box packaged by them. When it comes to pay for the shipping the cheapest option they give is $450+! I drove 3 hours round trip for them to tell me the price is the price and sometimes its a little different in store vs online.

Where is the damn call button - Jed, just tried to call and they said you would not be back in until Monday. See if you can access and edit your GoogleMyBusiness page and add any new info to it and make sure that it has a phone number listed. At the time when I was trying to find you I was driving almost an hour out on Sunday but wanted to first see if you guys were open but there was no phone number to call, only directions to the store. Make sure you get a receipt when returning items. I returned several items all at the same time and there are 4 items that never got returned back to Amazon and now I'm getting charged for those items. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

they are always professional, often have lots of people working there at once, lines are never very long, they handle all my needs excellently, they’re always open when they should be, and I have never had any issues with them at all

I shipped a package from UPS store in Abingdon on 7/15/2024 and paid insurance value of $400. I was never informed that USPS would be doing delivery. Shipping label was created and package was never picked up. Package cannot be accounted for by either UPS or USPS. Guaranteed delivery by UPS is false. Neither party is taking accountability. UPS says I cannot file a claim. Claim filed with USPS and claim denied. Waiting on reason in letter. I fault UPS store for their failure to ensure proper packaging at time of drop off. Packaging that I paid for. I will never make that mistake again, nor will is use the UPS store in Abingdon again.

Well, I called the ups store to get a price to ship a package, I had the measurements , estimated the weight of 10lbs, had the address ship to., he gave me a the quote of $16.00 and like 68 cents.
I took in, the same guy I spoke with on the phone was there , I told him I had just spoke with him, he put my package on the scales , measured the package, same measurements I had gave him on the phone, the weight was 9 lb 4 oz , I had estimated 10lbs, gave him the ship to address, he said since I was there it would be $31.00 and like 69 cents. I want wanted answer, he had none. What's going on here bait and lurer ? I added insurance up to $1000.00 and total cost was $57.15 . I want answers for this .
