Fantastic experience! I had a few issues with cell service. Came back to the store and had the issues fixed very quickly. Great customer service. Awesome employees. Laken was a huge help!!!

The staff at this Verizon store in Abingdon, VA is super helpful and friendly. Alex helped me pick out and set up accessories for my new phone, and Jeremiah set up my new phone for no charge and transfered all my contacts and photos, etc. I definitely would recommend this Verizon store and staff.
