“My 07 Honda Accord was rear-ended in July. Thankfully , the Bumper and exhaust took the brunt of the damage. Trunk was fine, headlights fine. I had never been in any type of accident so I had no idea what to do. Thankfully ,insurance worked with Durban's directly so there was very little I needed to do. Durban's got me set up for an appointment after a short morning estimate. The repairs took less than a week. When I picked up my car it was so clean and shiny, I didn't even notice I still needed a cap on my exhaust. I called the next day and he looked over his photos and apologized and started looking for a part. They don't make those caps anymore but he was able to find a near perfect match on eBay. He had me come in and he fixed everything. My car feels like brand new. That's saying something for an almost 20 year old car. The building itself and the bathroom were clean. They were always on time and responsive. No complaints.”
