Based on the reviews I expected this place to be terrible, but I was pleasantly surprised. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful and the turn around on the things I set up to have done was exactly what they said it would be. I'd say if you're not in a big rush this is a great place to get minor work done. I cannot attest to having major work done because I have never interacted with them in that regard, but I feel they would be just at courteous and helpful.

We stayed a North Carolina for my ECNL playoffs and our car fan stopped working in Virginia. We stopped by here and they helped us instantly. Even though the problem was simple we are extremely grateful for the help and kindness.

Two couples of us spent four days exploring the Shenandoah Valley, based in Wintergreen. One evening when we returned to our lodging, we realized the brake lights on our KIA van would not turn off. The next morning we phoned several local mechanics to find one who could diagnose and fix the problem. After several failed attempts, I talked to Diane and Donna at Afton Service Center. Diane offered to have her mechanic, Ronald, take a look as soon as he returned from lunch. True to their word, Ronald diagnosed and replaced the defective brake switch. In about an hour we were back on the road again after paying a very reasonable invoice. My hat is off to the friendly and efficient team at Afton Service Center.Service: Electrical repair

If you're looking to get a quick, yet very good quality service go to this place! I took my car in expecting not to get it back for at least a week. I got my car back in 2 days and it ran smoother than ever. Not too costly, just an overall 10/10 service all around!

I buy gas here for two major reasons. 1. I can buy gas 24/7, and with mu schedule thats a blessing. 2. I can also clean my windshield, Woo Hoo!!

Awesome people. Dropped off a vehicle on short notice that was making a grinding noise when turning hard. These folks diagnosed and quickly fixed the issue and we had our car back on the same day. I went Monday to get my car inspected and got there at 9am. Walked in and said I would like to get a inspection. The lady in there said we are done for inspections for the day. She said you need to get here at 6am and they start doing inspections at 6:30am. I did this last year and they did not start inspections until 7:30am. I have been going there for years and never had a problem. I will not be going back, they have lost my business. I drove 45 minutes to get there and 45 minutes to drive home. Rude people is also a problem. I stopped at another business on my way back home and made a appt for later in the day and got my car inspected. The people there are very nice.

I absolutely love this shop! Very friendly and if you have a need tell them and they will get it fixed for you. We have had several things done to my explorer here including a new engine, and new transmission replaced. They have towed my vehicle as well as baby sat my vehicle. And delt with me being crazy bc my car is my baby! Thank you for always being the people u are and keeping my car safe and on the road for me!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

It’s been almost 3 weeks people it should not take that long to fix a vehicle I was reluctant to give any stars at all but decided on a one star I was hoping you would be a better choice than halls family auto clinic but I guess y’all just the same thanks for the service but no more BYE
