If you have loved one who needs an excellent facility to rehabilitate, this is the one. Very attentive and friendly staff. Doctors are always available and respond very quickly. Case managers are wonderful and very informative. Thank you to all the wonderful staff in encompass! You are the best!

Left our family member who is immobile in his room without his phone or a call bell for an hour and a half, and didn’t follow care instructions to treat him so he’s back in the hospital. Don’t recommend.

We took our mother to this rehab after a very bad experience with another rehab facility. As soon as we entered in this place we recognized the difference from Dulles Rehab in Herndon. Polite, helpful staff and comfort in all private rooms made us very happy to leave my mother in this place alone.They did physical Therapy and OT and now my mother is at her home doing much better.We were so pleased with this facility and you can have peace of mind leaving your love one there to get better!!!Thank you ? all staff of Encompass Rehab

First rate, excellent care. Rehab facilities in the DC metro area are generally anywhere from bad to horrible. However, Encompass Health in Aldie Virginia is the best rehab place I have ever experienced. Quality care, professional and caring staff. The place is clean, quiet and ten notches above anything I be seen in this area. Thank you Encompass.

My Father stayed here for 9 days, this was the second rehab facility we brought him to. The first one was in Burke and the conditions were below standard, so we were hesitant about this facility. The entire staff at Encompass has exceeded our expectations. My father was treated like family, the entire team treated us so well. Everyone is kind and really cares about answering any questions we had. The rooms are spacious and all the supplies are well stocked. The therapy is excellent, my father will be leaving a lot better off then when he arrived. The only slight negative is the food isn’t the best but it will do. Overall I would recommend Encompass.

This place is amazing! In September 2021 I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome. This left me almost completely paralyzed in both of my legs and both of my arms and completely reliant on others for even the simplest of tasks. The therapists and nursing staff were unbelievable with their kindness, patience and knowledge. I ended up having to stay for four weeks and even went back for another nine days to help with my ability to move and walk. I know for a fact I would not be where I am today without this facility. Taylor’s kindness with me during therapy not only made me do better but it also created a real friendship during my time there. If you are lucky enough to have Nora as your nurse your experience will have so many more smiles. Special shout-out to Soraya, Kurt and Renee. To have to learn how to walk, pick things up, eat on your own and even go to the bathroom on your own is nothing if not depressing but this facility made it as positive as possible. They truly changed my life.

Encompass Rehabilitation is the place to go if you want the best care possible. Encompass is the place to go if you want the best therapy for yourself or your loved one. Do not hesitate to consider, even if the distance is further than you would like it to be. The idea is to get to get better and with all of the therapies, nursing staff, care coordination, discharge planning and doctors- you will leave in the best condition possible.I am a nurse and have always recommended Encompass home health. When my friend had the opportunity to go to Encompass rehabilitation, for a short stay, I was so relieved. The experience exceeded expectations on all levels.Maria Hurst went above and beyond to assist my friend to be sure all of her needs were met at Encompass. She also went above and beyond to be sure she had the safest discharge possible.Taylor and the other therapy staff got my friend to the best physical condition she had been in in years. They did this with knowledge, expertise, and a lot of patience.Just so thankful for this place and the people that work there.

I don’t even have words for the lack of competence, empathy, and honesty that this place provides! It’s demoralizing and quite frankly on the verge of negligence and malpractice! My grandmother‘s rehab caseworker Brenda Norman, made our lives a living hell with constant misinformation and lies to cover up the fact that she wasn’t doing her job and the rehab made a critical error in processing her insurance information. My grandmother was at the rehab facility in early 2022 and the only reason that I waited this long to post this is because I was really trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. There was so much false information she provided us, but most importantly, she failed to sign the UI form that she explicitly stated that she had signed ( to my face, in person) which she clearly did not. Due to this, my grandmother’s condition worsened as she hasn’t been able to get the services that she is in need of. The saddest part is that there has been no accountability for the mistake nor did they bother to try to do anything to rectify it & it’s been 6 months.

The staff is awesome in caring for my father who a really bad stroke june 18th. He was placed on the 23rd. And has made great progress.

The staff is nice. The food's disgusting. I tried the broccoli cheese soup and it was so gross it made me throw up. It was the worst soup I ever had.

I am writing on behalf of my cousin who spent nearly 3 weeks in the facility. Post stroke our concern was matching her with the best care. Encompass delivers! The staff Maria, Dana, Laura, Shuma, Joann rock stars. Not only do they show up they tirelessly give their time & effort each day. My cousin has moved to a new facility happy for long term care but this facility is top notch!

My mom was just admitted into Encompass Health in Aldie,Va. I am def not impressed at all and very nervous to leave my mom alone this evening. When checked in she did not even receive an arm band thus they couldn’t administer her pain meds until they could scan her wrist band. The last pain medication was given at the hospital and she did not receive any pain meds until after 630pm with a full knee replacement just shy of a week old and an emergency surgery for a hole in her colon hence a colostomy bag on Tuesday. Waiting for pain meds and leaving a patient sit in a chair for this amount of time is not ok by any measure. Your center is not staffed enough to handle everyone’s needs in a favorable way. It was total chaos from me looking in. There is no structure or procedures in this place. We were told numerous times that it’s so disorganized because it’s the weekend. I may suggest that you don’t admit new patients on the weekend if you are not prepared.

One thing I will tell you this place was amazing from start to finish I have only but Praises for this place they treated my dad with all the professionalism and respect since day one.My dad told me the days we weren’t there they were awesome every day.
