I haver been seeing Dr. Rea for years for several issues. I did not want to change doctors because she knows my medical history but for a good while I have felt like a CUSTOMER instead of a patient. I have not seen her in over a year. I scheduled my annual physical exam with her and waited over 2 months for the appointment. the day day of the appointment, she was "sick" and my appointment was transferred to another doctor. I was told the office would schedule an appointment with Dr. Rea to go over my results. A week went by, and I got a voice mail to go over the results. When I called to schedule the appointment to talk to Dr. Rea, I was told she is booked for months and soon to go on vacation. Also, the doctor who saw me is currently on vacation and wont be available in 10 days. So I will have to wait 4 more day to talk to a nurse practitioner. These people don't care for patients, only the business. Ever since this doctor mover to a larger office, there is no CARING service, no follow up. After the rude poor service, I will no longer pursue health care at this office. Their advertising don't match what the offer. Money has become their priority instead of HEATHL CARE. Shame on them.

My previous doctor suddenly stopped practicing medicine. As a result I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find a doctor that would provide me the care I’d received in the past. Luckily I was referred to the amazing Dr Ria! I appreciate her proactive approach to my health care. She thoroughly explains the treatment plan and takes the time to address any concerns I have. I’m so grateful I was referred to Dr Ria.

Poor communication and customer service from the receptionist I was very disappointed with Dr Shirsolkar at my first visit. She had poor bedside manners and was very impatient. I left the office visit very feeling extremely stressed .It make me feel like she did not want to listen to me or get to know me as a new patient to understand how to help diagnose me. Instead she just rushed through things and not really wanting to take the time to explain or listen. I have had the same doctors for years and have to switch due to this office being in closer for me. But as new patient and someone who doesn't know my history, it's your job as a doctor to know your patient history to better help them.

Dr. Ria really cares about all her patients. I interned with her for over 2 months, and I saw how she went out of her way to accommodate patients in her already filled schedule, and will work with you to make sure you are in the best of your health.

Guys, I have been here for 3 years and you HAVE to do something about the women with reddish hair who sits at the front desk. I have held my tongue for months but she is extremely rude and unprofessional guys!!!!!! This is really not okay. She is rude, and honestly cruel- and I am sure she is good at your job or you wouldn’t keep her. But she is awful. Truly awful. She’s is always gossiping at the front, complaining about everyone in the office. And just creating a rude environment.I have been in the office twice recently and realized this twice. But this last trip, I was waiting for my blood work- the papers got messed up which is understandable- but the nurse who takes blood asked who came first. I said I have been here since 1pm. One person said 1:30 and one at 2pm. They were about to take me and that nurse stood up and stopped me. Saying I was not here first.I don’t know what to say or so, I have been in this office since 1pm. Waiting. I am in so much pain I started crying in the office and it is just so rude.I hate coming in here even though I adore Wendy and I loved Lindsey. But I will stop coming because of this person. She is always at the front and always so unpleasant. I feel rude when I go to the front desk at check in because I am brothering her gossiping.We can hear all the nasty thing she says, especially since I have been waiting here for a long time. Please address this.It has been months of her. I understand staffing was hard, I understand COVID was hard. I haven’t said anything yet but now I can’t keep holding my tongue.I am a 32 year old women. I don’t know why anyone thinks they can talk to me like this.

What Dr. Ria does for her patients with utmost dedication and with compassion is commendable. One of the best and highly rated doctors in Loudoun and Fairfax. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ria and team spend more times in analyzing the patient's health history and based on that whatever she prescribe and change the medication that really works.All my parameters are not in good shape before seeing Dr.Ria but in 6 months all my parameters are in control and now I am leading a very healthy life.

I've been seeing Dr. Ria since before she was at this location. She's been great to work with all these years and her staff has always been very professional and friendly to work with. Her new location has a pharmacy on the ground floor, which makes getting prescriptions very convenient!

She always goes above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns, she also is very reassuring about any worry her patients may have. I recently switched my PCP for my self and family to Dr. Ria’s office and I’m glad I did. Wendy and Dr. Ria are experienced — we appreciate Wendy taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Ria ( Pradnya). I and my entire family have been her patients over a year now and our experience has always been the best. She takes her time to listen to the symptoms and explains in detail. Her diagnosis are very accurate. I had pain in my leg for nearly 4 years and with her diagnosis and treatment its all gone now. I never felt so wonderful before.Also my 4 year old just loves Dr Ria as she treats her with warm care and love. Since my daughter started visiting Dr Ria, she has never fussed about taking medicines or shots.I am just glad that I found Dr Ria as my family doctor and know that our health is in safe hands

Dr. Ria is amazing whenever we are seen by her. She listens to me and family members patiently, She answers all our questions and provides us with all the details we need to know. Nowadays, it's hard to find a PCP whom you'd feel comfortable with and we absolutely found all the care we need with her.

No words are enough to appreciate the service Dr Ria does. Doctor and staff at her clinic has been really helpful and supportive. Because God could not be everywhere he made sure that we have doctors like Dr Ria who have the gift of healing mankind. Because of her tender treatment I feel very healthy now.
