Very unorganized and short staffed. The lessons here are a joke. The instructor was on a personal call half the time, in addition, the rest of the staff were very unfriendly and lacked customer service skills. Will not be returning.

Just had my first lesson at Misty Brae. I’m an adult who is trying to get back into riding after 20 years out of the saddle and have to say the folks at Misty Brae - especially Megan - welcomed me back with open arms. Megan was kind and understanding, gave great direction and both gentle reminders and encouragement exactly were needed. Can’t wait to go back very soon! Also, who couldn’t love the handsome new boy in the barn, Charlie horse (pictured). ❤️?

I’ve been riding here for about a year, after trying 4 other barns. This is by far the best and most welcoming English barn I have ever been at. At most of my other barns I felt like an outcast and like I was never good enough to fit in with the other equestrians, Tori, her family, employees, and volunteers spend as much effort as possible to avoid people feeling excluded and forgotten. I will continue to ride here as long as possible.

Not at all satisfied. We called Tori ample number of times and she always says I am busy. Above that, she never called back. We were asked to drop a msg and we did and even we called but they didn't even give a chance to drop by and see. Pathetic experience.

The owner Tori, instructor Joanne, and the ponies are all nice. However, avoid signing up a lesson with Megan, she is unprofessional and is not friendly.

Great horse riding classes. Kids gets to pickup their own pony from the field and groom them. Fun instructors. The real thing. If you end up there on a weekend, try the ribs at The Pit Shop Barbecue at Gilberts Corner.

It is a wonderful stable where both of my girls grew up and learned to ride and become amazing horseman. She teaches them all aspects of riding and caring for horses. Has a great leasing program too so the kids can ride often and improve their skills quickly. And she has a wide variety horses and ponies for everyone level and stage of riding. And the camps are so much fun.

My wife always wanted to ride a horse but we weren't so sure if she could do it since she was involved in a car accident and it is hard for her to fully move one of her legs. But we took our chances and decided to give it a try. They have this summer camp going and we weren't trying to get involve in any program we just wanted one time ride. The owner made some space for us the same day we got there and she introduced us to this amazing instructor, her name is Christina and she along with other girls helped my wife to horseback riding. It was an awesome experience for my wife, her first time and everyone there was very helpfully and Christina was very patient, professional and she knows her job very well.Overall it was a wonderful experience for my wife and we would definitely come back.

My twins (11 years old) have been at Misty Brae since the summer of 2014. We started out by participating in the week long Summer Camps. Immediately my girls were hooked on the farm and the horses!!! I attended a the 2014 Winter and 2015 Spring Break Camp, then signed them both up for group lessons. Since April 2015 my girls have been in a one-hour a week group lesson. The instructor is awesome and very knowledgeable about dressage, jumping, horses, and the farm. She has really given my girls a passion for riding and a desire to learn more about horses, jumping, safety, and riding confidence. It is wonderful to see them succeed and want to learn more. My girls love the lesson and practice time!BUT -- what I like MOST about MISTY BRAE is the overall FAMILY environment. The farm owners, the instructors, the horse owners, the helpers, the camp moms, and the girls.....are all family. It is an environment that is safe, nurturing, caring, and promotes development. I cannot say enough about the staff and families at Misty Brae. I feel each and every one of them accepts horses and riding with an open heart.I am very happy at Misty Brae! Come check them out!!!

I have been riding at Misty Brae Farm for about 10 years, and I have to say that is is the best place to ride at. All of my peers are friendly and always willing to help. Lessons accommodate all levels of riding and you are truly encouraged to become better. Tori is always willing to help, and the working students/student teachers are very well educated and meet all the requirements in becoming a teacher. I would have to say that Misty Brae Farm Pony Club is the best for rallies, everyone is willing to help each other and they are always positive. There is a wide variety of horses for people to ride. It has been a pleasure to be one of Tori's students and I highly recommend this riding facility to anyone!
