Went in the shop for the first time today and it was a lovely experience. The owner was very kind and welcoming and was sure to give me time and space to look around freely. There were so many timeless pieces to choose from but I ended up purchasing a beautiful table and bread board. I will definitely be back.

My fabulous antique workbench arrived timely and in excellent original condition. The owner / seller was amazing throughout this long distance transaction and provided exceptional customer service during the ordering, shipping, and delivery process. Additionally, I found the seller to be professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful in the course of this transaction. Moreover, the owner played an essential role in arranging shipment from her Tennessee shop to my residence in Arizona. Further, she provided secure packaging and ensured careful handling of this special item while in transit. As well, I was informed in advance of committing to the shipper that shipment and delivery times may be delayed and/or lengthy depending on their schedule. The owner was timely in her response to my text messages, emails, and phone calls. Like her exceptional and beautiful inventory, the owner is a class act. It has been a highly pleasant and positive online shopping experience with Rust and Refind from start to finish and I look forward to becoming a loyal and repeat customer!

Such a hidden gem in Loretto! And the BEST owner/shopkeeper! We had such a great time on 10/14 (Octoberfest) visiting her eclectic shop. Amazing, unique finds - something for everyone. Plenty of parking in an idyllic, tranquil setting. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Brenda, is amazing! She has beautiful products! I purchased shutters from her and the Greyhound shippers lost and had lots of headaches over the last 6 months, she went the extra mile to help me get refund. See if there was a way for me to get the product from somewhere else. She really goes the extra mile to ensure her customer is taken care of. Thank you for all your efforts. When looking for antiques, she will definitely be my first go to.
