They need to train everyone with the right information. We can take any tumbler to get coffee it doesn’t have to be Starbucks tumbler. But a teenager who has no interest in her job simply told me no I told her to ask her colleagues. How stupid can you be if you get a job learn everything about that job. Teach the employees.

The barista doesn't even take orders in person because "instead of giving me the sandwich she could be making coffee for other people" (who ordered online). Wow.

This place is the worst! On average I have to wait 30-40 minutes for a drink. They never have enough staff. There is always a line in the morning. I placed my order at 8:02 and it is 8:37 and no drink. Seriously!

As some have probably stated before, this Starbucks has a lot of problems. 1. The drinks are never made consistently. 2. Some employees seem apathetic and seem like they do not want to be there (no smiles, or warm welcomes). Today i waited 20 min for my drink and another customer also complained they waited for 20 min and the order was incorrect. I wish Starbucks would open a stand alone in this shopping plaza but this one will be in business because of supply and demand. I also would like to add that upper level management could be more involved and not have only 1 or 2 employees working during the busiest times of the day (lunch hour, weekends, etc.)

This Starbucks should probably just close at this point. It’s my first time coming to this location and it seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. It took me about 15 minutes to wait for my order, when only 2 people were in front of me. The order was wrong, and the baristas didn’t know what items they had on the menu.

Convenient within Harris Teeter, and has a good area for kids to sit while waiting for Tae Kwon Do next door, or while their parents shop. The staff is friendly though the place does get crowded during heavy shopping times.

This location is always very slow and never enough people working, after 20 minutes waiting we leave without anything.

I hate to do it. But something needs to change. Can’t order online half the time. And usually 1 person working. And now the new single person working doesn’t know how to make the drinks properly. I give up. Please open a real Starbucks location in this area! This one is really bad. So much business is being missed because Aldie Virginia doesn’t have a real Starbucks!

I takes so long to order, that is not even the wait after ordering. Ophelia is one of the slowest Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. She is also very short with the customers. Today like everyday took 30 minutes for my order.

I feel like people only leave negative reviews for chains like Starbucks, so I wanted to highlight my pleasant experience I just had today. My barista, Cortnie, was so nice to chat with as she made my order. Not only was her demeanor friendly, she made a delicious recommendation to my drink order! I wish I lived here so I could stop by again and again. She is deserving of recognition for being a light of kindness in my day.

I had an online order of 4 items. I got the spinach feta egg wrap and there was no feta. I also ordered a cold brew iced coffee and they gave me it hot. I ordered a bag of chips and they were out of them. I ordered a chocolate croissant and it came flat in the bag. I don't know how you can mess up so much in one order. Has to be the worst Starbucks around.

Worst Starbucks experience in 20 years. Save your valuable time. You work too hard to waste your time and money here. Go to the other coffee shop next door. Do not waste your time with this poorly trained lack of quality Starbucks. Something is really wrong with many aspects of this Starbucks. It needs a complete redirection on staff and management. I'm embarrassed as a stock holder that this store holds the Starbucks name. Close this store out. It's hurting your brand quality and is losing your company money. Don't spend your money here. Go anywhere else. You will be thankful you did.
