Very detail oriented and thorough intake process. The staff works through your health history both recent and past to establish treatmrnts tailored specifically for your health.I really appreciate that they asked questiins that no other GP has before. Outstanding, glad they are my new GP.

Stoneridge is a great doctor’s office. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also pay great attention to details and helped save my life, catching something previous doctors missed.

I went in for a check up last week due to health concerns. I was told to immediately get a CT scan. It has now taken more than a week to get approved since the office didn’t immediately send the proper information to insurance and the hospital. Used an excuse that their fax isn’t working properly(shouldn’t be the patient’s problem) Also you could have ran that information to the hospital across the street. Instead you were going to have me come in and run it myself. I’ll be finding a new practice to go to.

I love this practice. The staff is amazing! Dr Ria is the single most reliable and trustworthy primary care provider I have found, who diligently works to get my health issues diagnosed and actually listens and addresses them.

Every time I go into this office for an appointment I’m treated with respect and care. Each person is so kind and friendly and I feel welcomed. My doctor Wendy Easter is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctor that I’ve been to and she’s very passionate about her patients.

Had a great experience with Dr. Wendy Easter, however cannot say the same about the overall experience. Been trying to reach someone to resolve my billing issue. Billing told me to speak to the nurse, nurse told me senior nurse or doctor will get back, couple calls, couple voice messages and still no resolution of call back or follow up! Am being charged for my annual wellness visit for the general annual tests which is 100% covered by Insurance!!! If special tests were needed (which cannot be the case because I do not have any medical conditions), why weren't they confirmed during the visit before the bloodwork. Made my husband move to this practice and he's had a terrible experience too!!!

Jacklyn is amazing, she listens up attentively to details, does the needful to triangulate then diagnose what the problem is, then she directs me to a potent plan that takes care of my illness.Dr. Ria and the rest of the team are also helpful and supportive. You can’t help notice a positive vibe inside their office once you get in. Thank you for everything. ?

Jackyn Hamlin, FNP, is very professional and competent. She gave me good medical advice every consultation I had with her. She also keeps her appointments on time, so I never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 2 min to be seen by her.

I had an annual physical here in May. After my visit I was billed by Quest Diagnostics for some of the blood work. I first filed a complaint with my insurance and they told me that part of the blood work was coded as procedure rather than preventative. I called Quest to ask about this and they told me that the Dr’s office codes this and I will have to talk with them. It took me almost 4 months and over 10 calls to this office to get anyone to even help me. Everyone I initially spoke to just kept saying they would take care of it, but I kept getting billed. Then everyone started passing me around saying they couldn’t help, but they would pass me to someone else. The nurse line tried passing me to billing, the billing line tried passing me to the nurses, and once they even tried to pass me to the lab. It did not matter who I was passed to no one was able to help. It would just get to a point where they’d say they would leave a note for various people to give me a call back (which never happened) or once I was supposedly being transferred to the “head nurse” and the call just disconnected. It got to the point where Quest even wrote them a letter asking them to change the coding for me and still no response. I left a couple of voicemails asking to speak to the office manager and finally someone at least gave me the time of day (not the actual office manager) only to find out that they would not be changing the coding. Now I am stuck with a $150 blood work bill (from an annual physical which should have been completely covered) and an insane amount of time wasted just trying to get answers. I also have not received a response as to why they could not have warned me/asked me if I even wanted this particular blood work. They must have known would not be covered by insurance before ordering it as they coded it as non-preventative. They said “what an Insurance company considers to be medically necessary does not always line up with what a provider determines to be medically prudent.” This does not answer why they did not ask me if I was comfortable with them running something additional that would be out of pocket rather than just assuming and then giving me the run around for months.

I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Ria by a close friend of mine... Leaving my appointment I felt hopeful about my health. It has been about 5 years since I've seen an actual PCP, and as you can imagine in 5 years a lot of things will be begin to change with your health...Without going into detail, Dr. Ria made me feel like she CARES about my physiological, anatomical and mental being. It's been a while a while since I've seen a provider so invested in your care. She came up with plan of action to get me back to my normal self and I am actually very excited for the outcome!!!She was also very proactive about doing a thorough lab test to have a deeper understanding on what she believes is going on with me... like WAOW WAOW WAAAAOOOWW!!!!!!ANNNDD SHE WAS ALSO VERY PROACTIVE ABOUT BOOKING MY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT WITH HER... I'm used to having to go to go back to the front desk to book my appointment, but NO she actually scheduled it HERSELF.The office is CLEAN and modern looking, the staff is friendly and prompt!!!Needless to say, even though I live an hour and forty-five minutes away, I WILL MAKE THE DRIVE TO SEE HER... She's stuck with me until the end of time...Thank you Dr. Ria!!
