One of the worse Customer service on Friday the October 20 I went there. This employee I don't know what's going on in her life or mind ? I don't know her name but she look like Chinese with Red hair was so upset no thank you no hello and very unprofessional behavior and rudely told me if the Vitamin k2 is we don't have then go find somewhere else. Absolutely unprofessional. I requested Can you find out in other walgreens she just left the the counter left me thinking what is going. ?. This employee needs more behavioral training

Walgreens in Aldie, Va has the best Pharmacist (Hailey) that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She and her team went above and beyond to help me sort my Mom's (Knutson) medications. They made what I thought was going to be an impossible task EASY. Thank you and BRAVO on the incredible customer service!!

I wanted to express my concerns and unprofessional service at Walgreens pharmacy at Aldie, VA location.I had an active appointment for Sunday afternoon, which I scheduled in advance. However, when I arrived to the pharmacy, I was informed that the person performing tests left an hour ago and they couldn’t perform the test. Even though I had an appointment and showed the confirmation, they told me to go somewhere else. It was Sunday evening and other pharmacies were closed or booked for the day. The staff was extremely unprofessional, no manager inside, or any employee who could address any questions. Pharmacists leave early even through there are appointments booked by customers.My daughter needed Covid test to start preschool on Monday morning, which she could not start because of failed Covid test and employees not doing their job.Hope this will be considered and addressed.

The manager corrected a issue I had returning an item. She was apologetic and gave me my money back and another item for free to make up for the inconvenience.

Third edit is the charm.So the manager was very nice but the extra charge was never given back and Walgreens continues to send calls about prescriptions that don’t exist. I’mTaking back my thank you.I’m editing my previous review, because in fact I received a call from the manager and she was very competent and caring. She heard me and took steps to resolve the situation. Thank you!This Pharmacy is incompetent when it comes to prescriptions. They sell a single dose of a medication that is sold as a box, and charge the same. Instead of informing the patient that there is a problem. They knowingly know it makes no sense but want your money.

They have big Administration + Management (if there is any manager/management?) issue at this Pharmacy. Just switch from CVS South Riding since they always have long lines but have medicine ready. This pharmacy have long line and when you reach the counter the counter clerk says, sorry Prescription is ready. It happened three times in one month. Even I went back after three days , same unacceptable answer, Prescription is not ready. Talked to them and they said two pharmacist quit but it was almost a month ago and they are still behind!. Now even counter clerk saying please switch to Walgreen Chantilly.

AVOID this pharmacy. Do not waste your time. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt; however, after trying to pickup antibiotics on two separate instances and not receiving them timely (not ready for 4 days after surgery), I will never use this pharmacy again. Trying to speak to someone over the phone is an exercise in patience. You are told a prescription is ready over the phone, only to arrive and have to wait. Drive-thru isn't open. Don't bother.

Dangerous pharmacy. If you have a time sensitive prescription do not send it here. They will string you along saying to check back in a few hours instead of being honest about the delay, which is DAYS. After a few more calls they will tell you it’s ready to have them tell you to go back home and wait some more. This happened to us on two different prescriptions.

FedEx facility here is drop off only and there is no body around most of the time. Again there is no FedEx envelopes. They should instead have outdoor dropbox atleast if they don't want to serve customers inside the store.

Poor customer service. They don't respect patients time, I have been twice for covid vaccine and both the times I was made to wait at least 90 minutes. What's the point in having the appointments if I have to wait anyways. Worst part is anytime you ask They say 5 more minutes may be their clock never moves beyond 5 minutes.
