This used to be a good store. But it was apparently acquired in a merger and has gone downhill fast. Prices have risen significantly. This "thrift" store is not all that thrifty compared to others. Also, they recently shut down the fitting rooms for no apparent reason. You can't try clothes on before purchasing. They also elimated the cashiers, it is all self checkout. So the lines are often long and slow. This store is NOT customer friendly, you are better served elsewhere.....

Fitting rooms are closed, and they won't return your money back (which I feel is illegal?) only exchange for other garments. If you won't let me use a fitting room the least you can do is honor a return...prices had also gone very high, decent pants are costing $10-$15 nice purses $20-$30 etc I've seen clearly ripped shoes for $12 like be serious... I shop here for fun, but others shop out of necessity and its incredible how high the prices had gone on USED, DONATED clothes.

The store has gone down ever since they don’t have the TVs on announcing discounts anymore. Then no changing rooms! Yeah you can exchange but I go 30m out which is an hour round trip to shop just to have to go an exchange that’s if I have the time.I get it there’s theaft but put someone at the changing rooms. You can’t expect me to buy something I don’t know how it’s going to fit.And now prices are ridiculous $50 for a JCPenney cardigan?? Go back to what you were last year. And not 50% on clothing not entire store. Not a fan anymore.

The store is clean and orgainzed but there are 15 registers and only 3 open ! Only self check out and only 1 self check out that accepts cash. And there discount prices have changed as well as their pricing is high for the area it is in.

Dressing rooms are closed, how can a person try things on without being indecent? Two mirrors in the whole super store, ridiculous!

4 stars overall.Stellar Customer Service (Nancy & Joseph) and Items purchased were at a good price - 5 StarsSo I docked off a star due to the high prices on items in the store especially damaged items. My favorite items purchased were a real sterling silver bracelet with amethysts, aquamarines, and a druzy crystal for $6 and a non fiction history book for $2.Books were priced the way they would be priced in a used book store or Goodwill. The yellow and green tags deal on some of them cut the price down from 33% to 50% off. You get the seventh book free. I got 8 books for $10.I got a Mikasa bowl made in Japan and some silver cooking item tools for 33% off - $4I saw a sterling silver amber stone bracelet for $15 and Michael Kors bag for $50. The price and products were fair yet not good enough to sway me to buy them. Some items were not priced and could not be purchased.A definite go see thrift store. The sales are good. The customer service is excellent and helpful.

I found this gem and the Woodbridge store in 2019 before Covid while visiting from Newport News. Been taking the train and driving for the holiday sales ever since. Absolutely love it. Found excellent new items and designer purses for half off. Better than all the thrift

Great selection, but the move to only having self check-out has made shopping here a much worse experience. Today we went to check out, got an error, had to wait a long time to have anyone help correct the machine. Then when we got home, a few DVDs we bought had the disk stolen out of them!! When we used to checkout with a cashier, they would check the disks for us. We were so frazzled checking ourselves out we forgot to check. Not only that, but the DVDs have gone from all being $1 to all being $3 minimum! And of course there are no returns (fine it's a thrift store), but we paid $6 or more for empty DVD cases. Really disappointing and inconvenient experience. Will still come back because we love the selection, but will have to be completely on our guard through the whole shopping experience.

Looking for a thrift store that has everything you need? Well this is the place, prices here are the Best!! I'm hosting a tea party in August and I found almost all the decorations I need. The store is clean and smells good, the customer service here is great, each employee was able to assist me. Bring the entire family and find everything you need!!!!

Huge, well organized, great selection of clothes for whole family, only thrift store around with a decent book department. No furniture worth mentioning, but a wide selection of home goods. Prices all over, but you’re sure to find something worth picking up.

It’s very nice I found so many gems. Clean, organized ladies working seem very pleasant. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the store had so many people shopping and only 1 register for credit card users and a line that reached the back of the store. I had to leave behind my cart of treasures after waiting 15 min. because I had to pick up my son from school. There were still two carts ahead of me too. ? please open more registers!

Gross, items everywhere all of the time no matter what day/time. It's literally insane how much clutter they get up by the registers and they're just throwing it all in carts to be sorted through at the end of the day sometimes I'll walk in and they will have 20 carts full of crap all over the place. The tv Screens that normally display what color is 50%/30% off are completely off and have been for a week so we have no idea what color is discounted when going into the store anymore. Fitting rooms are closed at like 7 (2 hours before close) they close at 9 which I think is insane when it's a store that sells clothes. The employees literally can't help you and trust me they really won't lol. I don't think I've ever known a store to be this bad with customer service. Asked for a price one day on an item on the shelf that had no tag, lady literally said the "pricing person" isn't in. Went up to another person and they told me the exact opposite. They have such a bad array of people working at this store it's very bad. It's gotten to the point I don't even feel comfortable going into this store. The area is NOT SAFE in general either. Would not recommend literally in the slightest. They need major help. 2021 they were much better, continuously going down hill.

Two issues with this store 1) they need to check the items for damage before putting it on the floor. I got stuck with a top that had huge stains on the back (I should have looked closer I admit but it was so obvious that it shouldn't have been put out. 2) If you're going to make people check out themselves open up the checkout stands. Every time we come we have to wait in line because only 4 checkouts are open. When doing self-check out it usually takes people a lot longer than an experienced checker would take so that makes the wait even longer. One of the checkouts has been broken for weeks.

I frequent the store often. It’s a pretty good thrift store! It’s well organized, and the clothes are sorted nicely. They also offer an array of household items linens, bedding, shoes! Come with an open mind! There’s a ton of treasures. I will say, over the last few months, the prices have gone up, which is a little disappointing, but I understand. They also offer discounts daily, usually around 33 to 50% off a certain ticket color. Happy shopping.

Once you experience the enormous variety of choices, you'll most likely never want to visit any other thrift store again. "The buck definitely stops here".
