So now, all of a sudden, they are refusing to scan Newport coupons! I had a coupon for $2 off one pack and the cashier told me that I have to buy two packs to use it! I told him no, it says one pack and if what he said was true then if he scanned it, it wouldn’t work but he refused stating that his manager told him not to. I don’t know what has happened to this place, but corporate really needs to do something about this.

Horrible staff. Rude. Ignored me, then yelled at me for using self check out and called me a thief for using it. Took my receipt and wouldn't give it to me. So you can't use self check out and the people behind the counter won't check you out either. I'll just actually steal next time.

Don’t use the self check out. The guy was so rude to us because there was a line and we had the audacity of using the service that is readily available. He barked at us that he needed to see our receipt NOW when we weren’t even done checking out yet. When we were done, he was busy but we had to wait for him to check the receipt. We bought 4 items under $10. Totally uncalled for.

This 7-Eleven has gone from one of the best to the absolute worst. Ever since the new Owner/Management has taken over everything in this store has gone down hill. The customer service is terrible. Especially with the manager that runs the place. She is always on her phone and is disrespectful to everyone. They have a “self-checkout” that is hardly ever on, and when it is, she will demand to see your receipt even though they can see exactly what you bought on the screen behind it. So what’s the point? And don’t get me started on the “freshly baked” food. It’s always stale! If you can, avoid this store because there are way better 7-Elevens in the area.

I have lived by this 7-11 for over 15 years and have been going there every morning since. And I have never been so disappointed to go into a store as I am now a days to go here. I actually hate going. Is. But it is right next door to my house so it’s convenient. That is the only good thing it has. This new owner is the complete worst. She is racist and very rude. None of these new employees now how to do anything but sit and around and chat with each other or talk in their phones very loud at the registers. They argue with customers over every little thing. The customer is never right here and in all actuality these employees are never right because they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. The food, coffee and bakery items ARE NEVER FRESH ANYMORE OR IT IS JUST NOT FILLED. People that have been coming here for years in the mornin before work can’t even get their normal fresh items. Even when the racks are filled everything is still stale. They do not know how to add money on any type of cards or do the money orders or lottery tickets. Then they will tell you that everything is broken because they just do not want to do it. I could seriously go on for days about how horrible this new management is. And they are never at the registers and will make u wait forever because they are busy talking. I really wish our old manager would come back because he was amazing and had this stop in top shape. Everybody loved him. They need to get ride of this lady seriously.

The manger of 7/11 is very rude and Racist,
I bought the lighter and within seconds I told them it is not working. The manager told you didn’t buy it from us and it’s rusty. Why should I lie it’s just freakin Lighter? You should be ashamed of yourself. Why 7/11 is providing rude Managers?

This is the worst 7-11 in Alexandria! I used to frequent this store everyday until the new owners took over. There are RUDE! I will never enter this store again!

Used to be my go to location until I was harassed by a guy sitting outside. He wouldn't leave me and my daughter alone until I gave him all my cash its not safe ladies just don't bother

They won’t let you use your rewards every time the cashier will tell me that the system is not working and they over charged me few times , all the cashier are rude and dont know what they are doing

A chain of retail stores. A beautiful, clean and organized place. It provides a variety of food items and juices. You can prepare your own coffee and you can prepare your own sandwich.

They charged my card three times. It charged three times for the same purchase. The lady at the counter said to call the number. I have called for weeks no one answers. They always tell me to come in the morning and speak with the manager. They say he is there every morning, but every time I show up anytime between 0500 and 1000 there is never a manager there and they tell me to come back tomorrow like I don’t have a job to do and people to manage.
Do not use this 7 Eleven, they are rude, unhelpful and overall unprofessional when it comes to assisting you in any matter
You are greeted with rude looks and a sign of contempt as if you being there ruined their day, because why would a cashier have to actually run the cash register at a business?
So disappointed in this location. Go to CVS or any other 7 Eleven, unless you like to have them take your hard earned money with no sense of care or responsibility in returning it to you
