The employees here are awesome but the night managers are horrible people. They treat the people who work there like they are trash.
I will not patronize this business again.

4/5/24: To owner - please fix the machine.
4/4/24: Place has gone downhill.
More times than not I come in for a fountain drink and the machine is either broken or spitting out water instead of soda.
Their bottled soda isn't cold even though it's in a fridge.
I used to love this location.
No point in coming here anymore.

Their coffee is always bad here…always.Goto any McDonald’s and their fries will always be the same, why can’t 7-11s coffee be that way?I try to avoid this place for coffee, but if I’m getting car work done at the garage next door I’ll take a gamble. Definitely did not pay off today.Get your coffee straight guys.

Just worked an 11 hour shift. Stopped by here to see if they had the beer i liked(11.19pm)and they didnt so i left. The employee boba(spelling may be wrong) tried to accuse me of stealing. Smh not all black people steal.

Their is an older lady who works here. She is extremely rude. I was visiting the location while doing Doordash and she was rude from the moment I walked into the store. While cashing out at the register she asked for my ID to pick up the order. First I have never experienced this in my life. (But rules are rules I walked out to my car to get my ID) I returned to complete the check out and she tells me I am good to go. I took the pick-up items and proceeded to my car. She chased me out the store yelling that I owe her money. First of all it was $2.14 why are you chasing me down like I robbed the place. (That is also a concern for the safety of the staff) Second you could have just said that it did not work and I still owed a balance. I retuned completed the transaction and left.If you had done you job properly the first time you wouldn't have to chase people down. It was not my fault. Next time reconsider how you approach people. Someone with the wrong intentions could have seriously injured this lady.I will not return to this location unless I absolutely have to. From the looks of the other reviews it seems I am not the only one.The younger man who was working was kind. He even put the older women in her place. You could tell he was embarrassed to be working with her.

The manager and several staff refuse to wear a face mask despite the mask required signs. If you want a Big Bite with a side of COVID, by all means patronize this business!
