Stopped in today for slurpees. Lots of flavor options. The woman at the front was very friendly to me and my kiddos. Managed to make one of my younger ones smile.

This is a not a 24 hour 7/11 they close every night at 1am. During the day it’s an awesome location but do not go out of your way to come here at night after a long day you will be disappointed.

It is false advertising came here at 1:30 am to grab a water. And the staff member was inside the store doing absolutely nothing. Door locked. Why does it say 24hr on line? Will be complaining to corporate with the store number

Guy at the counter told the other guys I looked dirty. And then locked the bathroom door. Said it wasn’t working. I just walked away, I work in an office and I dress business casual. I don’t look dirty. It must be a race thing. I didn’t appreciate that. I was offended

Avoid getting gas here if you can. I have a 12.2 gallon tank. Why is the pump saying I pumped 12.8 gallons of gas. My tank can't even physically hold that much, so I think their pumps are intentionally calibrated incorrectly.

There were 3 associates at the front. Wet floor sign in front of slurpee station. Red, sticky slurpee all over the floor. The only way to some of the flavors was to walk through the sticky slurpee.
One person could have cleaned it up. In the restroom, the automatic faucet was running. It never shut off. Had to tell the associate.
The flavor that I initially wanted was water, even though it was supposed to be ready. Had to get another flavor.

Everything here is always broken. Coffee machines never work or are out of milk. Milk left out for coffee often rotten or lumpy(yes this has happened). Today at 10am there were 8 people trying to get coffee. All but one of the manual machines was completely empty and all the touch screen machines were (as usual) not working. There was no milk out and only xl cups. This place is a mess. Go to Rose Hill 7-11. Always clean, friendly staff and all coffee machines always working!

This 7-Eleven is such a disappointment! The slurpee machines are seldom functioning, the soda is flat, and no one knows what's going on. For example, I witnessed a woman pay at the register for a carwash. She then asked how to enter the carwash and the cashier did not understand what she was asking, then told her the carwash was closed. When she asked why he sold her a carwash knowing it was closed, more confusion ensued. When the manager eventually came out, the woman had to specifically ask to either be refunded or have them open the carwash (the manager did not initially offer either of these options).I submitted an official review / complaint to the 7-Eleven website a few months ago, as the 7-Eleven account keeps replying to people's reviews suggesting, and nothing came of it.

Racism .. I walk in to buy gas and other stuff , a girl named Evalyn harrases me for no reason trying to start a problem and when I asked the ethiopean man who works with her for her name she walks inside LAUGHING . I was being helped by the ethiopean brother the whole time ,I don't know why she would come from no where to harrases and and start a problem for no reason . I was dead tired coming back from work so I didn't want to get into it , but I can see how much racism there's in this girl called Evalyn . It was my go to location for the last year but I have to see this lady again in that store then I better find another station before I get myself in trouble .
