So me and my kids goes in this 7eleven. The lady asked if I wanted to buy the cookies that's at the register which was $3. My son was near the hotel food looking at the single cookies. The cashier heard me tell my son that he should get the ones at the register since it was more for the $3. He came up to the register and she asked was he getting the cookies. He said yesterday but paying separate. So I paid for my items and my son was still standing in line behind/beside me. I then asked her to cash in my scratch tickets. She had the nerve to say, but I have a line. What do have to do with me and I never moved from the line. But went to reach pass me to get the cookies from my son, scanned 1 of my tickets, and said that the line was too long for her to scan the other one. I asked her what did that has to do with me, im the customer. She catches an attitude, walked away from the line, went to the back, and came back and scanned the ticket. The line was long, then why did you walk away from the line to go get back up, instead of calling, and still after ringing up my son cookies, still no one came out to help. And she was holding up her own line, talking to the guy behind my son. Next time I will go to the other 7eleven or just go to giant. Not all black ppl steal. RACIEST

I am living in a nearby hotel. I walked over to this location around 10:30PM. Unfortunately it started to thunderstorm on my walk over. By the time I got to the store I was drenched. The associate behind the counter (an older Hispanic woman) was VERY rude and disrespectful. When I first arrived to the counter she was too busy looking at her phone to greet me. I greeted her and she just flat out ignored me. She eventually got up (without looking at me) to ring up my items. For the first time during the interaction, she looked at me and exclaimed, "You're wet. You need an umbrella." An umbrella was one of the items I was purchasing, so I thought it was a joke. She then proceeded to talk in her native language to the gentlemen behind me. You may want to instruct employees it is not wise to do so. ESPECIALLY when the customer knows what they are saying (I am a Spanish Teacher). She then went on about how her other customers were "dry" and give me attitude before muttering "whatever" to me, then moved on to the guy behind me. I asked for a bag which was very flimsy and one of the handles was ripped. She said "because I have a heart I won't charge" while rolling her eyes. Yikes. Never coming back to this location

NO BATHROOM......Never has XL double gulp cups....why are select stores and stores in MD better at stocking the XL cups

This place is never clean. Coffee machines are always down need cleaning and you talk to staff and they don't really care. They tell you the machine is broken. It literally says it needs to be cleaned on the screen. There's a lot more to say but I feel like it's not worth the time and the effort I just don't recommend this place and the decision is yours.

I was yelled at by the manager. His name is Amm. Horrible person with bad manners and no management skills whatever. I will never go to this location ever again. He should be removed for treating his customers like I was treated.

The Cashier Saw The $10 Come Off The Card But The Machine Was Frozen For The Next Card So She ABORTED The Transaction & Restarted. So The $10 That Was On The Card Was Gone Now, She Called The Manager & He Started To Get Angry Because He Kept Explaining To Me There Is No Money On It! "Do You Know The Meaning Of ABORTED?" .. Rude... I Said.. "Yes I Do, The Cashier Aborted It!" .. So Now The $10 Is Missing.. Did It Go On Vacation, Go To Space??.... If You Want To See Magic Tricks, Go To This 711.. (I Just Came Back From There.. The Employees Here Are Rude & From Every Country But America. How Do You Come To America To Be Rude To Americans.. I Dont Like This 711.. Taking Another Star Away! He Said, "Why Are You Talking So Much?" ... ....RUDEEEEE Cashier.. Im Not Fighting Over A Burrito, Fix The Price Tagg So I Dont Get To The Cash Register & It Cost More Then It Said.. Im Ready To Go To Another Country & Be Rude To Their Citizens & Mess Up The Price Taggs.. Who Raised These People To Act This Way?? Rude & Disrespectful!)(This Is The Closet 711 To Me.. Just Got Back & They Dont Sell Playstation Game Cards After 6pm Now! .. 2 Stars!)(This is 711 is close to me, I went in there today and tried buying a Playstation Card & They only take cash for it now but I bought it with a card twice before, then they stopped selling it after 9pm or sometime, now its cash only! Its 1 star from me, I constantly have problems from this 711. If I Had It My Way It Would Be -50 Stars From The 50 Problems I've Had Over Past Few Months!)(Always have fresh good milk, ill give 1 of your stars back!)

The people here are very rude and lack basic customer service skills. The man handling my transaction made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The food handling is also terrible. Management needs to review with its staff how to properly treat its customers and that some cultural competency training would go a long way.

Excellent customer service. Store clerk spoke to everyone that came in the store. Very pleasant and cheerful attitude. She asked if I found everything okay and thank me for coming in.

An ok 7-11 employees rude and raciest towards Black and white customers they watch them and follow them around the store, they also play on cost of items they charge black and white customers more and most time gip them on there chang they do not do this towards the Spanish or other forner customers. The employees need to learn English and how to treat all people as people.Further customers be were this store is in a little more higher crime spot. Drug sales and few other crimes happen arund this store and more home less people around this store.

Came in around 8pm to get an Amazon gift card and a older Indian man was working in the front. The store was packed with people and I came up with the Amazon card and the man basically told me to get out. He told me we don't do that. That I can't put money on it. I couldn't understand what he was saying so I came around to ask again. He had a heavy accent and I asked him to repeat himself and he was basically yelling at me. He asked me what language I spoke. It made me feel like it was because I was Asian. He was rude from the moment I came in but was not treating any other customer in the store like that. I came in this store almost every week but did not ever have an encounter like this. I will not be coming back here. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
