When you first enter in the store is stinks. All the counter have dust food oil. They create crumbs everywhere, the drink and the food station very disgusting. You have not been cleaned for weight. And is that trunk's sense of dirt and cooking and chemical? When you enter in the store, it's so upsetting.
I talked to the guy Abbey. Cashio, ask to talk to the manager. And he said he was the manager, but there were no manager title on his tag.His name was Merga. The only thing he said was oh, they're fixing the ceiling and are asking what fixing the ceiling have anything to do with the dust and food residue and oil everywhere

This 711 wings are so horrible. I bought some wings and they tasted rotten and smelled horrible.Like they were expired. You guys lost a customer, speedway is better

Idk bout y'all but this 7 eleven a good one. Look, it's a 7 eleven. You act like it's gonna be a 5 star place to be at. For a convenience store, this the best in Nova. I can name one HUGE reason why it is. They have the creamer and milk ice cold for you once you get the coffee. Got it straight from the bottle and jug instead of the small little mini cups. Hazelnut plus some cold hazelnut creamer plus a little bit of whole milk makes the morning go perfect. I like how they stand on business and don't play about theft either. Some workers can use some work but the main workers you see stand on business and make the place run smooth.

I understand why a 7-11 would receive a low rating, but come the heck on! This is clearly the cleanest ambiance of any 7-11 within a 5 mile radius!! It feels cleans and "different" inside this 7-11. Another note is that this 7-11 offer a little grocery service in the corner for tomatoes, onions, ginger, potatoes, eggs, oil, beans, bread, and more! This 7-11 fills in for Harris teeter and giant past midnight! I love this 711

Been a regular there for more than 4+ years.. Good, polite people working there, never had a problem, excellent customer service..
But.. Over the last 3 months i saw employees there with super arrogant attitude and ghetto behavior(a black young lady!)..terrible.Never going back.

Pretty good! Clear and organized layout, with a wide array of hot food n coffee machines at the front. Fast service. A little bit on the busier side and the location is more meant to serve the surrounding apartments than people looking for a roadside stop. All in all I'd give it a 7/11.

The heavyset black woman at night gets very combative with customers, tries to pick fights challenges and silver directions. ThreatenS people with weapons just an issue all around people in the morning are very nice and caring but this woman has to go don't ever go there past 11 PM

Starbucks coffee drinks here are overpriced. Outside of that, convenient location, with a lot of items. Fruits are always fresh. I find that customer service in the morning is extremely more helpful if you need help making a coffee etc.

Quick and convenient is what this 7-eleven is for anyone in the area. Excellent customer service experience with friendly staff and courteous service. Tons of snacks and drinks for any picky drinker.
