DO NOT STOP HERE. The staff here are exceedingly rude, even hostile.
I don't care about small talk, smiles, or being called sir. I DO care about a staff member acting with such open derision and bald rudeness that it's objectively objectionable in any context, much less a professional one, and surely not in customer/client interactions.
The older woman on staff on 25 May 25 needs to be fired immediately and the rest retained if she's the model.

I was traveling and needed to get some quick grub after a long drive, at 4am I called the store about the size of a pizza because it wasn’t listed exactly on the app and I wanted to order a large sized item. The dude just called me an “stupid idiot” and told me to come in person and see it. The entire point of me calling about it is to not waste anyone’s time or money with a simple question. I ended up just continuing my drive and waiting for the nearest McDonald’s to come up. 7/11 please retrain ur employees on basic customer service and communication

Not sure why so many bad reviews? I went in and found everything I needed the person at the register was quite pleasant and joked around. The only fault I could see would be parking.

Terrible customer service one of the workers there was rude and called my friend goofy for asking a question. He was wearing glasses and a cap.

Even though 24/7 they have sign on door that says closed for cleaning. So inconvenient.

Went around 2:30am, saw this sign on the locked door. No one inside, no cleaning, no stocking. Another car came up and I told them not to bother getting out of the car. Guy said to me he’s not surprised and this happens often. 24/7 my foot.
