Please don't choose this place to repair you car. I initially took my car here and after I declined to have it serviced there and asked them to release it so I can take it to a different body shop they proceeded with breaking things inside of my car and scratched up my hood. Unfortunately, insurance declined to repair this because it wasn't like that when the accident first happened as they took pictures day of. Please avoid, would give 0 stars if it was possible

I had my car towed here after breaking down on the side of the road. Max and his team were incredibly kind, communicative, and generous. What could've been a really stressful and nerve wracking time was not bad at all because of how wonderful and speedy this team was! Would recommend them to everyone I know!

I had the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Customer service is A1!!! Shawn literally had the BEST communication!! From the time he towed my car ( I was in an accident) to speaking to the adjuster when they wasn’t responsive to me all the way to today when I had to gather my things out due to total loss, Shawn kept total communication open via text and call. The other guy who took my plates off for me was very helpful as well today I appreciated everything .If you’re looking for a company about the people this is one you can trust! I wish they could have fixed my car lol but with this customer service I’m sure you will be in great hands!

Adam was very kind and helpful in explaining what the issues with the car were and despite the dealership taking a long time for delivering the parts, they took a good care of the car and making sure it was fixed and in good condition.

My car suddenly had low tire pressure while I was driving and I couldn’t figure out what was going on so I quite randomly pulled up like 15 minutes before they closed and they took a look at the car and figured out what was wrong in like 5 minutes! And so courteous! I didn’t know this was here and wouldn’t have known since I don’t live too close but I’m only ever coming here for anything to do with my car ever again

Beware. They are scammers, they only accept cash and do not even complete the job and when questioned no answers or explanation. Car is left worse than originally given and no money return.

These people are honestly SCAMMERS. When I tried to pay my bank denied it 1000x because they marked it as fraudulent activity. Then when I finally got my car, it’s still not working and is worse than before. I’ve also seen this happen to other people. I’m not sure how there are any positive reviews, horrible company—please don’t do business here

I moved to the Alexandria area a year ago.
When my car had issues, Max repaired it and stayed in budget for me. Today, I am back with another car issue and his son was just as wonderful. When I need work on my car, I will go nowhere else. I can truly say working with Max and Adam is a pleasure.

DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE
ADAM this is for specifically for you 11-04-2024 my car is working beautifully, YOU were & ARE
wrong : SCAMMERS/committed theft/liars: I have given ACE Auto the opportunity correct situation by refunded and decline, also declined providing me with the warranty of the part that was broken. also they a detail of services rendered. The Mechanic at E & D international made contact with ACE auto and met with rude tone, then a fax stating “don’t call them again”. August 13 2024 my vehicle (2010 Mercedes GLK 350) would not turn back on after getting gas. ACE towing came to the rescue. I was informed there was an auto shop that is affiliated with ace towing and the diagnostic fee $99.00. My vehicle ends up at ACE Auto for roughly 38 days. September 21, I paid 1499. For the vehicle. They had replaced the steering module. I drive 6 miles from shop to home and my vehicle broke down in the middle of the road. I called the ACE towing and they sent a tow truck to pick the car up, Adam a shop employee was with the tow driver. From September 21st thru October 14th Ace had my vehicle again. I received a call 14 October the by the shop and proceeded to tell me that the CAN was corroded (it’s not) and it was a new issue and not with what previously fix. Ithe shop employee said it had “internal electrical failure” and i have to have towed and 24 hours to move it. I also was told I had $150 tow bill when the came to get me.
I had the Vehicle Towed to E & D International on October 17th and the work was completed by Emaelaf woldeyohannes by October 21. The part that ACE replaces vehicle was not supposed to be used. Mercedes doesn’t offer that specifics part because it’s not compatible. The part that ACE doesn’t seem to me genuine OEM and they won’t offer me the warranty information. They charged $876.00 for that part. That 100% price gouging. Also diagnostic period and they didn’t catch the battery was completely dead.
The correct part was an ESL emulation (bypass) now need a new battery.

I don't recommend this establishment to anyone, terrible experience I had with them, I paid the amount $1280 believing that they would have put the new gasoline pump part, and yet a month later my car presented the same problem. Taking it to another workshop and I found out that they had put a used part, I was robbed and deceived, don't trust this place

Worst car experience ever! This was the first time I had to deal with car troubles because I’m in my early 20s. My car broke down on a Sunday and I had to call a tow truck service. They took it to their associated auto shop to get looked at the next day, Monday. I get a call on Monday saying it’ll be a couple days max and that the battery and alternator need to be replaced. It took 3 weeks for them to finish working on my car because one part they needed to order kept getting delayed. That part in fact was for the wrong year model of my car so then they got the part from autozone when they could’ve done that in the first place. They ordered the wrong part that kept getting delayed and then got the autozone one right away. Meanwhile, I’m shelling out loads of money on metro and ubers as I live in DC and work in Alexandria. They must have delayed me getting my car back 6 times. They said they would give me some sort of discount and then when I finally picked up my car after 3 weeks, they said they couldn’t. They went $200 over the quote they gave me. They also charge a 6% fee if you use card to pay. So, I had to use zelle to avoid paying an extra $120. My bank flagged the payment as potential fraud so I couldn’t get my keys back right away and ended up crying in the lobby on hold with my bank for two hours. Don’t go here! Very unprofessional and don’t follow through with their word (discounts, price, time estimate, ordering proper parts).
