Blocking traffic, tearing up underbody, bouncing a 4WD back and forth hard trying to shake it off the ramp, leaving car sideways in a busy street for an hour.

Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR EMERGENCIES. They lie to you about estimated times and do not show up. I should have known they were a scam when they wouldn’t provide the drivers name. I called another service and they arrived within 15 minutes. The lowest reviews are accurate. Save yourself the hassle and go with another service.

Carefully review the receipt before deciding to use their services. This company is a scam. I used their towing service after being rear-ended in DC. Instead of dropping my car off at my house as I requested, they took it to their lot, convincing me it was better for insurance purposes. When I returned to retrieve my car, they demanded that I either have it repaired at their shop or pay a hefty fee.
Consider this your warning—stay away.

NOT FOR EMERGENCIES. CALL ELSEWHERE FOR EMERGENCY 🚨 . They assured me a wait time of 30 mins to an hour. I called every 30 minutes after that for a status since they never called, to be told driver is still finishing up an another job. On the 5th call , so 3 hours later , they said just kidding driver had been stuck himself this whole time so no one is coming to you. This went on from 1am to 4 am. Some honesty would’ve saved me so much headache and misery being up all night waiting. Communicate better and honestly.

SCAM!!!
Do not use this towing company! They forced us to take our car to their shop, which was not prepared to fix my car. After charging us $10,000 in storage fees (for the time our car was at the shop but not being fixed) , then insurance company had no choice but to total our car.

Paid $250 to get my husband’s motorcycle towed for a 5 minutes away destination. Shawn is clearly not experienced on handling a month NEW motorcycle. He DROPPED it when trying to get it on the truck. I watched him pick up off the ground. Scratches everywhere. He refuses to pay for it, we emailed the company and haven’t heard back. Ridiculous. We will be taking this to court. Do not send someone who can’t even handle a motorcycle.

I think his name was Jay.....above and beyond call of duty.....pushed my trike motorcycle up incline out of condo garage....then got onto tow platform safely...in horrendous wind and rain...thank you

**Avoid These Scammers**
Beware of these scammers—they will take advantage of you. Here's how they operate: first, a person on the phone gives you a rate after asking for your location and destination. Then, when the driver arrives, he changes the terms, saying the price will vary depending on whether he jumps the car or winches it. In the midst of stress, especially on the highway, you agree to whatever is needed. But then the driver demands a much higher amount than what was initially quoted. To top it off, when you reach your destination, they add an extra $18 if you want to pay by card.

Big scammer stay away from those guys they provide us a fake car detailing service … and charge us more then 100 bucks for just a vacuum I was expecting proper detailing for interior but unfortunately they scam me … later I realized they doing a fake car detailing..plus wasted my time tooo …

Sad to say one of the drivers tried to over charge me by $60 stating that I gave the wrong address "interstate sign clearly in my face". Then he asked me not to tell the shop.
He tried to bank on my distress. Shame on him, but humbly thankful for the service.
