Definitely has rude customer service . A young girl with locs was being an over achiever or maybe just had an attitude and had a pallet full of items spill all around me and my cart . No apology… just told me to move out the way as I tried to help. Then she happened to be the same girl that did check out and was completely rude during the entire transaction. It’s so annoying when people that work in customer service don’t take time to breath because it can mess up someone else’s entire day to even interact with such rude energy.

Love Aldi's but sometimes they don't have everything I need. I dislike Walmart but usually go there first. If Aldi's does not have it, I do not go back to Walmart for it. I just do without till next week's groceries list

worst experience. cashier rushing costumers as if next costumer has enough space to place their items on the conveyor belt. yelling to move up the line. on top of that, throwing produce into the cart and piling heavier stuff on top of fragile items. they need to train these cashiers. SMH

This self-check out idea is going to be a nightmare if they don't have full service cashiers available. One cashier will basically be working multiple registers to compensate for people who don't know how to use the machine, want to return items, or run into a technical problem. WORST IDEA!!!

The store prices are great the only problem I have is the store manager she is super rude to her staff and customers. Seen her yell at staff for problems that are out of there control also if you have things on the store floor it should be for sale saying it’s not in the system and having a price tag on the item is not excuse

You should visit Aldi if you've never been. A typical Aldi might have 2000 items whereas a typical supermarket has over 20,000. That gives Aldi high turnover of inventory resulting in low prices. Their private label goods are excellent. Take your own bags or buy theirs.

Nice employees. Understaffed. Rotten food. I have literally bought at least 5 salmon dinner pieces that were sour spoiled and had go in the trash. Probably about 50% odds of having to replace my dinner each time. Never again.

Because of the neighborhood, it tends to be a bit more expensive than other Aldi locations. Also oftentimes when I go there they only ever have one register open. It is however a clean store with ample parking.

It was good, lots of good quality products for a low price. I think it is a good place to buy Meat and veggies.

Recvd 2 stars for location, had my items and ambiance - clean and well stocked. 3- NOs for customer service, safety and cashier interaction (multitasking, already working on another customer - where both that customer and cashier were 'pushing' me out the door). SPEED over customer service & safety is not a good way to earn stars. BELOW IS WHAT I SEND TO THE STORE ON-LINE AND CORPORATE ALDI. Please have your cashier staff SLOW DOWN and not push customers out. Please advise customers they can not early pre swipe cc while another customer is still engaging with the cashier. I was early swiped by a customer and it shocked me and also felt my personal space and a my safety was a concern - personal safety and credit card safety is key. The cashier was going so fast and telling me all is ok and safe while swiping the products of the other customer and putting in the basket my items were in. SO I SAY BOTH WER PUSHING ME OUT OF THE LANE AND OUT THE DOOR! I am a white older women - what many call a Karen - I was upset because of the fast pace and lack of customer service - OPEN SELF CHECK OUT OR SLOW DOWN!!!! I could NOT move the cart as the cashier was putting the next customers items in the cart. --- And again, concerned the guy behind me swiped my info off the reader. --- I then spoke with the Manager on Duty. Yes, I made a scene as I was in Shock how the customer reached OVER me to tap his card.... And how the cashier Arthur defended him and tried to explain while doing two-three things at once. My safety is key (both personal body & financial) STOP and help me understand and the other customer can be upset. I know the cashiers are timed and that is not my concern. Arthur was very nice, just in a HURRY and made a poor customer service choice either on his own or through his corporate training. And wanting to get more pay, bonus or promotion due to SPEED and efficiency .... And CS should be in there. Also the other woman cashier on duty MADE me - DIRECTED STRONGLY - that I MOVE to the new line. Yes, keep it going as a cattle call. I was not in a hurry..... I shop other ALDIs and will NOT return to this one. I understand this one is high volume and not customer service focused - it is not a neighborhood store. It is the closet to my home; but the one on Duke St and South Rt 1 Alexandria is where I will continue to shop. For a quick in/out $8, it is NOT worth 30+ minutes of after shopping stress! Your Call CORPORATE on how to handle. Store manager was understanding and was to speak with the cashier. She said she also reviews credit card fraud - with an audit, especially for those early swipers. Well, that does me NO good if my card IS compromised. I appreciate her time and listening and she was to make a note and said SELF CHECKOUT is coming. I guess this is all the New Normal with less cs/customer service. Know that the prices aren't that much lower than other options. And less stress is key these days.

There's just one cashier during the lunch time, but overall it is a nice store. Good selection in a store

Aldi is German for NOT STOCKED, well it's the literal translation. It's the discount wild west of grocery stores, surrounded by 1.5 mil wannabe GSA 13ers. They have good things if they are in stock.

I love this store because of the reasonable prices and fresh healthy produce that they sell. But my ONE pet peeve with this establishment. Is the cashiers❗, It appears that their trained to catapult your food from the conveyor belt into your cart❗?. The time I take to picked my food that's what I want to pay for. And leave the store with. And some of the cashiers understand and readjust themselves. But this one she didn't she got a whole attitude??. I was ready to walk away from everything ❗❗ I had to stop her from putting my avocados at the bottom of the cart.... my apples are buried underneath all that stuff.... I did speak to the manager.... But that cashier with her demeanor she didn't care. Too many of this kind of encounter I will stop patronizing and take my money elsewhere.
