At first it was very nice . Right now , not so great .1- ROACHES INFESTED BUILDING no matter how clean you are. I’ve been sending numerous emails and they keep ignoring you again and again.2- Nothing near luxury. They left me for 10 days without a microwave when my microwave was out.3- concierge used to be great last year but now it sucks . They lose packages and are having a hard time handling the traffic .I can put up with almost anything but the roaches are just too much for me. Walls are not properly sealed and you can literally see the roaches crawling there, it’s just disgusting. Move here if you like roaches !

This place is filthy. There is poop and pee everywhere. I think the maintenance staff do what they can but the tenants here really suck. People smoking in the apartments, dogs pooping in the hallway and people not cleaning it up. kids, screaming, and yelling, banging on doors. If you absolutely cannot afford anything else and this is what you need then go for it. Do what you Gotta do. But I’ve had to step in pee multiple times in the elevators. There are roaches and ants everywhere. Cheap renovations. Go to park and ford down the street if you can spare the extra few hundred dollars a month. Leasing office staff provide very basic level service. Not impressed.The leasing office and Concierge do not care about how many times Amazon will just leave all of our packages around in the mail room. They don’t want to sort through the mail and keep it protected. There are lockers right there. There’s a mail room at concierge. But instead we have to sort through these baskets and anybody can steal your stuff.These are marketed as luxury apartments, and this just is not at all a luxury apartment. By any means. This is more like a shack.

Jose Hernandez just changed my kitchen lite bulb. He knew right away that it was not the bulb itself but the box had gone bad. He quickly replaced it and now my light in my kitchen is working again. Jose Hernandez, Gracious!!!

1.5yr Update: Always a pleasant experience when working with anyone in the leasing team, even after some staff promotions and switches! Maintenance request are quick. Stanton is so friendly, reliable and efficient along with fellow tech, Ronaldo. No complex is perfect, but they’re responsive to any concerns and Im generally really pleased.

The only good thing living here the the maintenance staff is super sweet and helpful.Front desk super disorganized when it comes to the mail and pickup items. Mailboxes you’ll be lucky if yours isn’t broken or if you get the correct mail. Yes they have a luxury box. Luxury not so much. You better track your items or you’ll never see it.For you dog lovers do not come here if you’re looking for a place your pups to feel safe. You think the monthly dog fee at this so call luxury apartment their dog play area would be well a dog play area. NOPE WRONG you enter the dog zone and see it on a slope in the back corner of the apartments. As you enter through the two broken down gates roam around and find the wires blended in the ground. These wires waiting to stab a dog that’s trying to run on ground that has HUGE rocks every where and broken cement chunks spread throughout. That destroy the puppy paws. The toys that show online that looks so fun and joyful are broken. They are ready to break with a slight gust of wind. Or not even put together properly or missing parts.Myself and other dog owners ask where does the dog monthly rent go? Who knows? It’s definitely not for the needs of the dogs. Im sure dog poop bags aren’t that expensive just saying

To begin when I went to view, and tour the apartment complex, Mr. Bradley was very professional, and took his time showing me different amenities, and the grounds of the property. Mr. Bradley was very professionally again in helping me explaining and answering my questions about the property. I can say so far the staff and the maintenance are very good and knowledgeable of their jobs. Hope they stay that way for the entire time I am here at Arrive 2801 my home is beautiful. I have a townhouse and you couldn’t ask for a better place to live .

This place is terrible. We pay for a parking spot but were towed when we parked a little over the line. Even though we pay for the right to be there. Now towing company and leasing office is requesting everybody’s registration be up to date or they will tow. I’m sorry, isn’t that the state’s job and not the leasing office? It seems something shady is happening here.Meanwhile There’s also been dead cars stuck in the garage for around a year collecting dust. Dead cars that have not moved. A little effort by staff to walk around the lot, they would see it Because people spell words on the car using the dust. There is no excuse for laziness.Additionally, packages are going missing and the attendant staff is too incompetent to sort the packages out. So never expect to go downstairs and grab your package when it says delivered. It will take a few extra days to show up. Even if it does show up.Overall, this place is tough. Beautiful grounds but the staff doesn’t care at all and everything is just plain unprofessional.

4 months before the garage door fall down on top my car which my car got bad damaged and since that time tell now they where not able to give my answer that they are gonna fix my car or not , they asked me take ur car to body shop bring estimation which i did and I followed with them every other day but all the time excuses, oh we send emails to main office, we are waiting for response , and sometimes they totally forgot and asked send us back again the all details again which was really funnySo finally yesterday after four months waiting they said we are not fix your car ??To just give me answers that they are gonna fix my car or not it took them four months ?Lots of problems in building water supply shortage , electricity shortagesUnprofessional staff at leasing officeWhen u wanna get apartment they well treat you like king or queenOnce you got apartment they don’t know you anymore ??

I just moved in recently, and I've been in the building for about a week now. So far, so good. I had a few initial issues when moving in because the leasing consultant who was helping me had quit prior to me finalizing my move. However, Karyn hopped right in and took care of me and the things I needed. I even had an issue with my first unit, and she made it right. Karyn and Bradley are amazing! They have taken care of everything I've needed since becoming a resident here, and I have needed a lot. I feel so bad about it. They are extremely professional and welcoming. There's another lady who helped me at one point, but I don't know her name. I'm sorry. Also, maintenance is great too. They're super quick with their responses and very kind. The residents that I've come in contact with are also very warm, friendly, and welcoming. The concierge is great too. I've had nothing but a good experience since coming here, and I'm super appreciative of the staff and management team here. So far, this is the best management team I've encountered.My last management team was atrocious (e-Lofts). I definitely would NOT recommend them.The only con I can mention is that the pantry space is VERY small, but the rooms are spacious, which I really love. The coat closet is pretty big too, so that's a plus as well. Also, the call system to buzz people up is a bit outdated. I'm not even sure how to use it or if it works. The gym is GREAT! There's plenty of equipment to get a great workout in. I just wish there was a stairmaster. ?Oh, and the complex has a store inside, which is so convenient!

Just moved in to this place. The community is nice. Even though the buildings are old but it seems like they recently did some upgrades/renovations. The staff is really nice and always happy to answer any questions or assist us with any issues. The unit we moved in had few small issues that were not fixed prior to our move in. However, we have submitted the maintenance request to get those fixed. Will come back here with an update later in the year.

I went in to tour a one bedroom and I can’t wait to put pin to paper and sign the lease. Ms. Karen from the leasing office was such a joy and very informative. The Arrive has much to offer, much more than I expected. I was at first honestly bummed that the floor plan I wanted to see wasn’t available. But the floor plan that I was able to view was awesome. So I’m sure the floor plan that I’m interested in will be much more astounding. I love the amount of space and the beautiful kitchen. I can’t wait to arrive at the Arrive.

You’ll get upcharged on your utilities bill every month, but yet every month they have to turn the water off for at least 2 days leaving you without water. What utilities bill have you ever heard being 400 bucks a month? So glad to have moved out of this apt. Only positive is that Stanton was the best maintenance man.

I have lived here for 2 years. The maintenance staff has always been second to none. The culture with this company is top notch. Nothing is perfect, but I have had 4 or 5 issues in the past. They resolved them all. Everytime that I interact with Stanton Simms he shows great pride in his work. I am sure he is well known in the building. From India and Larissa and Tameka and Nas. Nas came and help me clean up after some issue in the apartment.
