Edit 10/3/25- I thought that I was paying for my first months rent as well as the prorated amount for the remainder of September, this is what the rep asked me when I was paying. I was surprised to receive an email today letting me know that my storage payment for this month was due.. So glad that no late fees were asessed.
I was a little worried when I made the reservation online because no one from the location ever called me to confirm that they received the online reservation. I called the day before I was scheduled to move in to confirm the reservation. I was informed that I should arrive after 10:30am because they usually make a bank run first thing in the morning. I arrived a little after 11:10am right as staff were returning from a bank run. They were super helpful which made the process easy to get moved in. Definitely a good location & monthly price for my budget.

I recently rented a storage unit at Storage Rentals of America, and I must say that the manager, Christian, made the entire experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Christian was welcoming and incredibly helpful. Not only did he provide clear information on the different storage options, but he also took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect unit for my belongings. Also the facility has exceptional units that are accessible by car which is lacking in other facilities.
The units are well-maintained and secure, but it's Christian's customer service that truly sets this place apart. He is always available to answer questions and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I feel confident that my items are in good hands. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Super easy check-in process. All of it can be done completely on-line. Because of something I missed, I stopped in the office to sign some papers, and got to meet the site manager, Christian, who is a pro. Very down-to-earth. Very customer-focused.
