One star because at least they tried...but mostly failed. Went in with a simple upgrade of all 4 phones on our plan, wanted to keep the same plan. All four of us spent 3 hours there the first time. Two hours more when I had to go back the next day because they hadn't been able to access the account of one of the phones. Another hour just to turn in 2 of the old phones. When we tried to return the fourth phone, we learned they had marked the wrong phone as being turned in. More hours spent there, and they were unable to fix the problem. Most of all those hours were because they were on hold with AT&T, they can't fix issues themselves. We ended up having to call AT&T ourselves (more hours) to get the phone return situation straightened out. Now we find out they changed our plan on us and we lost our subscription to Max...which is one of the main reasons we were with AT&T.

If there was only one employee in the store helping members then I would be completely understanding of having a longer wait time. However, having 3 customers sitting waiting to be assisted when there is an able bodied member in the store not assisting customers or even asking what brings them in today is unacceptable. There’s 2 store employees and only one helping customers.

Unfortunately they’ll say anything to make a sale. They had me purchase a screen protector from them. They told me that it would include unlimited free replacements. Their screen protectors are like 5x as much as the ones on Amazon. The same day, I went back because they advised me wrong on the phones. They didn’t understand the differences between the models so I had to change the screen protector and guess what, there was a charge for the screen protector. Granted this was only a few hours after being told it had free unlimited replacements. It’s been two years now and to this day, I never got a single free replacement. Late to leave this review but remembered since I needed to order a screen protector from Amazon because now they know longer even carry the screen protectors for my phone. Also, not sure if att or this location was the cause for this error but I ended up having to pay way more for my phone because they didn’t apply the prepayment I made on the phone. I should’ve checked sooner but I trusted them to be accurate since I’ve had att for more than 15 yrs

I had a fantastic experience with Moe at AT&T! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service like this is rare—thank you, Moe, for going above and beyond!

The representative was very helpful and polite. He also did a great job of going over prices of chargers. I appreciate that he cleaned my port and phone, which was damaged due to a spill.

The staff at AT&T Potomac Yards were amazing!!!! Nothing but great vibes and outstanding customer service. They truly set the bar extremely high for any other retail establishment I will patronize in the future!

Check your bill! Went here to upgrade my phone and they fraudulently added insurance and the next up plan onto the line. Never asked me. Found out when bill is due. Terrible.

Stefany the manager, was extremely helpful patient, and friendly. I called customer service twice before and I couldn't receive any help until I went to the store and Stefany took care of me and solved the problem with a ESim which was for my nephew who is in another state, QR code wasn't working, she guided him over the phone with a great attitude and solved the problem. Thank you so much!
