I’ve had a great experience compared to other locations. This is the only place I’ll go for service or questions ! The only person I’ll see is Tony! Huge shout out to him on customer service , experience and knowledge on att as well as knowing how to treat and take care of customers! If anyone wants the best service it’s TONY!

AT&T started instructing their employees to lie about the inventory and then when you come into the store they tell you “we don’t have it anymore but we can order it for you.” It’s a shame because last time I was there the staff was very helpful but I need to downgrade them for lying

Went in Sunday to switch to att. The att employee was not very helpful answering questions. Did not relay the accurate info to their customer service team on the phone. We left the store, 2 of 3 phones had no service and she told us it was Verizon not unlocking the numbers. No clue how to return old phones to get the credits, didn't enroll us in autopay like requested. So many unanswered questions and the store associate didn't care to answer them. Spent an hour on the phone Monday with att and they were able to unlock numbers. Told us it should have been done at the store... Today we get an email that there's a $45/ month charge for phone protection that we told her we did NOT want. It's been a disaster, probably leaving within the 14 day grace period. If this is how it starts, can only imagine the rest of the relationship...

Man this guy Tony is hands down one of the best customer service reps I’ve met. After going to different outlets and speaking to several people over the phone I went in to his outlet and explain my situation. He was so inclined to help not knowing it would take several calls and an hour later he was determined and patient through out the whole process. I’ve never been this satisfied and happy receiving a service. Thank you again man. Tony is a beast ??

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that assisted with my phone tech issue and also saved me alot of money on my bill! I highly recommend seeing Uyen Le since she doesn't mind to miss lunch to help customers! Lol I'm looking forward to using my new Samsung watch and hot spot on vacation!

It was time to upgrade my iPhone after few years so I went to this location after seeing the positive reviews. I've never dealt with a sales rep as knowledgeable as Uyen. She took the time to answer all my questions, showed me all my options, and the transaction was so seamless. It was easily my best experience upgrading my phone. Uyen went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with choosing the right phone that perfectly suits my needs and more. I've been with AT&T for 15+ years and this location will be my go to if I need anything in the future.
