Awesome and professional experience! If LIFE ever throws you a curve (I.e a thief, rock or accident breaks your window) and you need immediate glass repairs/replacement this is the spot! Had my back window broken out at 1:30am and Auto Glass Express had my brand new window installed and ready to go a few hours later! Very reasonable prices and extremely professional work!

This is the second time I have been rescued by Auto Glass Express after my car was vandalized in DC. I’m grateful that AGE had the glass for my car and that the repair was completed in only an hour. I have referred them to other neighbors who had the same unfortunate experience.

After a car break-in smashed two side windows, we had to replace them quickly before a road trip. I called a heavily-advertised competitor, then Auto Glass, and I'm glad I made that second call. Auto Glass Express's quote was about two-thirds that of the other place, and it was very easy to make a same-day appointment in Alexandria. They have most parts in stock and are equipped to do the work within hours. The waiting room was small and overheated, though comfortable with a TV, but it's a short walk to a local strip mall with several eateries. The work was done in four hours (a bit longer than expected) and has held up perfectly for six weeks (I waited to write the review until I figured any problems would surface). I highly recommend these guys. In fact, I've already sent some business their way.

Everything was so smooth! The technician was polite and knowledgeable and the replacement was done at my home in about 45 minutes. They even took care of filing with my insurance and I only had to pay the deductible. Would absolutely call them again!

I started a claim with my insurance company mid morning. By 4 o'clock Autoglass Express had scheduled and installed my new windshield at my home. I can't say enough good about the company. The man who did the install was very professional and efficient. Marlo Mejia was our installer, highly recommended! The whole process was about as smooth as could be. Try them.
