Great service for a new battery for a Saturday afternoon. Walter did a great job installing my battery. Installation was no cost. Very nice laid back guy! Would come here again if I ever needed anything for my 2017 Hyundai Tucson.

I drove to this location because they were the only store in the area that had the part I needed and it was just 18 miles away. The lady I spoke to by phone had the part ready when I arrived, and I was in and out in minutes. She was professional and courteous.

I came to the store because I needed help finding headlight bulbs for my car and I was a bit nervous, but Andy helped me so much ! She was really sweet and patient and overall have an amazing customer service. She gave me an amazing recommendation for the lights, and she was such a big help. Thank you Andy!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had other visits here which were fine but recently on Sunday I was left scratching my head about how this location even runs.My husband ordered some parts online and we thankfully didn't need them. We went to return them and both the associate (Jeffery ) and assistant store manager (Michael) had no idea how to do the return. They went back and forth about what buttons F4, F5, F6, or F7 to return the item in the system. Unfortunately, they couldn't figure it out between them. After a few minutes back and forth just hitting buttons they said they could only refund me store credit because that's what the system said at the time ( I think they tried to return it without a receipt). I ordered these items on the 1st of June, there should be no reason why I could not get my original tender. I told them ill wait for their system to update and speak with customer service to see if they possibly have a solution. I called CS, they gave me the information to do the return and I went back and explained to them what CS told me and gave them the written instructions. The employee Jeffery went over to Michael (who was on his phone watching something) for about 5 minutes and he came back and told me that Michael, tho he is the assistant manager does not have the credentials to do my return, no one in the store was able to return it but Ms.Tabitha and she was not there. I think they just wanted me out of the store and not to deal with it.I do not have the time to go back and forth back and forth when all I need is to return and be on my way. I have worked retail since I was 16 and how an assistant store manager, does not have the credentials to do a return just boggles my mind. Pretty sure you guys need some secret shoppers sent in here and corporate to get this store to run better. Employees not being able to do basic returns makes no sense.

This is the place people should avoid. This is the second time for me that I entered this store, and none of the employees pay any attention even after looking at me that a potential buyer is here. Finally, I asked an employee to help me, who is obviously new and not familiar with the store at all. After getting my car's info, he started looking for parts and kept looking up to the point where I left the shop after approximately over 20 minutes of waiting for him to find the parts. Experienced sales people were obviously very "BUSY." It was a rude experience again, so I left the place. For the icing on the cake, the sales manager was pretty rude to a question that I asked too. I will surely NOT give this AUTOZONE AUTO PARTS location any of my time or money again.Very rude experience and rude customer service.

Check your spray paint, tire shine, and any other spray some of them will not work. And will take a while when you exchange or return.
