Things have really changed and improved compared to how they use to be and the staff are amazing and really friendly I would highly recommend banking with them to anyone looking into it

I had to wire money and they did not have enough staff but the manager himself stepped in and helped with everything that I needed. It was great experience and amazing service.

Until recently I had an credit card account and a checking account with them. They closed the checking account recently with no notice. No phone calls, e-mails, or letters via postal mail. I had moved most of my checking business to PTOFCU since I do not like B of A's fees. I did not find this out until this week when I logged into my account to check my credit card balance. This is far and away the worst bank I have ever dealt with. It's like they don't even want your business. Well, I don't want theirs either. Stick to credit unions.

This Bank of America has got to be the worst in the area, surely there cannot be one worse. It is understaffed, and outside drive-up machines are sometimes closed. Today people started queuing at 9:30 am, 30 minutes before it opens at 10:00 am, an hour later still not in the building. Avoid this bank if you can find a better location, I suggest you do. Even prior to Covid-19 this bank was slow and so you can imagine what it's like now. YOU have screens you are protected you can wear gloves. Bank of America management, I am astonished in general how you are still in business and why your customers are still with. We only have to deposit a check in someone who has a Bank of America account, thank goodness that's all, because I would be horrified if this was my everyday bank.

This is one of the worst banks ever they take soooooo long to help you. They always have a long line and only have 1 person checking people out.

There were 3 people ahead of me just one teller on the teller line. Bunch of people looking busy in the glass windows inside. two people just left I am next in line. I see a lot of men with funny short blazer running around and pretending to be busy. It is not the first time, they may have new teller in a busy day or just one alone. Need a better planning and management.

This place would get a Zero! Unfortunately 1 is the lowest option. You always have to wait for 10 to 30 minutes while the understaffed employees take their sweet old time. 8 people in line with only one window open and 4 other employees pretending to be busy doing nothing.

Worse bank location ever, not enough staff, for all of the windows they only have 1 teller working , the staff in the front desk who was mean and unpleasant to see customer and gave a bitchy look on her face when customers walked in! I won't go there ever again !!!
