First time for me purchasing from this shop and terrible experience. Their website is designed badly and inefficiently. Wasted the whole morning trying to check out a couple of items. I do not have an account, there is no option to check out without an account and there is no option to sign up. Very dumb website. I decided to just buy from somewhere else like Walmart.

First off I wanna say thank you Xavier and Alexia both of yall are very sweet very welcome alexia has a very welcoming personality she makes you feel very welcoming. Xavier was very nice and sweet he informed me of the promotion that was going on and I felt so bad that I had to return everything to get the deal and most people would get annoyed of doing that and he didn’t mind love that! I would most definitely come back just for them. Love yall

I bought for pick up in store the Bourbon body cream (2×) which went on sale for around $3.50 which was told me to be ready within 4 hours. I called after 4 hours to see if it's available to pick up but they kept moving the pick up time to later time because the reason was they had a lot of orders received....no excuse because first, you don't tell me to come back after so many different times, second, too many orders is not my problem (I'm not being inconsiderate), I don't live near the store location. The items I was given when I finally picked up were DUSTY and looked like it's been used.
I was not happy nor satisfied with the situation, buy I didn't bother returning nor complaining because I don't want to drive back and inconvenient for me.
I kinda not interested in using these products because it was dusty and looks like a returned item
