My phone wasn't charging, and Batteries Plus quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me solve it. I was in and out quickly, and it's very nice they open at 8:00 AM.

Mason was great! They fixed my broken iPhone XS Max screen in less than an hour. Prior to getting fixed, glass was coming out of it and it was held together by duct tape. I am very grateful to Mason and the Battery Plus team! Thank you

I’ve put off replacing my car battery for a long time, and decided to pull the trigger and make an appt at the Alexandria BatteriesPlus. Mason did an awesome job replacing my battery, even getting rid of most of the corrosion that had built up on my old battery. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. I was in and out of the store in 25 mins or so. Great service; would absolutely come back to this store for any battery needs in the future and will definitely recommend them.

How many employees does it take to successfully change a watch battery? 3!
Guy 1- very friendly but put the wrong battery in my watch
(Came back later the same day)
Guy 2- friendly, changed the battery but couldn't properly close the watch so handed it to Guy 3
Guy 3-unfriendly but was able to close the watch. Returns watch to guy 2. Guy 2 hands me back my watch.
But wait! Now the setting mechanism is too tight to set the time! Guy 2 hands my watch back to Guy 3 who pulls out his pocket knife to pry the timing mechanism til I audibly GASP
Guy 3 sits back down with proper tools and opens watch back up and adjusts how the back lays so now the timing mechanism is able to be pulled out to reset time.
Guy 3 is consistent. Consistently unfriendly. No apologies. No thank you for my patience. No assurance he hadn't damaged my $800 watch.
Go to a jewelers to change your watch batteries. This place may to other things well. But changing watch batteries is not one of them.

I needed to replace the batteries in my car key fob. Everyone I talked to wanted an arm and leg or simply couldn't do it, while Batteries Plus had a reasonable price and was able to actually put the batteries in the fobs for me, which I never would have able to do on my own. The gentleman who helped me, Mason, listened to my needs, made sure I got the right product, and didn't make a face when I asked him to insert the batteries in the fobs for me. He always helps me out and while I don't know what he gets paid, he deserves and raise and a better parking place!!

Like most reviewers, I only say something when it’s very good or very bad (or someone pressured me to do so.) This store is awesome! I’ve gotten batteries here twice in the last several months. Both times I have ordered online for store pick up and they have called within hours to tell me my status (the first time I happened to order as they were moving) and are very knowledgeable. Today, I waited until the last minute and discovered a dead camera battery before a big trip tomorrow. Ordered online and and they had it ready for pickup quickly, checked it was properly charging and sent me on my merry way. Highly recommend!

Showed up to this store on March 15th @ 5pm with my mobility chair batteries BEYOND dead, how it was still rolling was a mystery. The store employee that was there was SO friendly and helpful! Not sure if we wanted just a charger or new batteries, so he asked a few questions and we decided batteries were they way to go. (The ones I had were at least 8years old & we stillhad hours of sightseeing to do) not only did he have some fully charged, but he installed them for us! I hope this shout out gets back to him!

Batteries Plus combines goods and services (one stop convenience) that I would otherwise have to travel far and wide to obtain. I’m glad they’re in my neighborhood
