I was having issues opening an online account and I went about 2 hours to see if I could maybe withdraw in person. I explained that I opened an account online, but during that process I wasn’t asked my ID and that is why my ID won’t show up in their system. A teller went to go get a manager, and a Hispanic woman came out to talk to me, but by the way she talked to me she was very rude. She was stressing me out, the way she was talking to me was like I didn’t something illegal. She told me to try again on Monday. I waited for Monday and went to a different branch.

The wait times are long because of incompetence and inefficient procedure to get things done in a timely manner. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for a branch leader to contact their manager for an approval. There shouldn’t be just one branch leader that can handle more than check processing on the weekends. There shouldn’t be lines nearly going out the door for simple bank transactions when there are 4+ people working. This branch is just simply terrible.

I can only imagine the bad reviews are due to the wait time. It's not a McDonald's and in order to receive quality service, you have to wait while others receive quality service.The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, professional and kind.Save your bad reviews for the board of directors that keep the interest rates so low. This branch itself is wonderful.

Worse employees ever.Everytime my dad and I go their always and issue. The waiting time is about 1 hour. This 2 Hispanic ladys have the worse attitude helping others. Specially people that don't speak English. My question is why this lady's are working in this branch if their's not helping others. My dad goes every weekend , and he ask for a manager. It takes about 1 hour. This Hispanic lady come out with the worse attitude. He ask about online banking and the app. This lady told my dad she doesn't know anything about online or app. He even ask the 2 lady's at front nothing. They don't know anything.The online banking Said:To meet clients needs. In my opinion is the Opposite of helping others.

Don’t go there. Very bad service. The bank leader cannot think things straight. I have closed my business account with them and open a new account across the street.

No banker on site. Staff said she was in the back and other staff said she stepped out. I waited 30 mins but no banker showed up.

3 tellers not one customer except me and they just kept bsing until after 3 minutes I honked. They acted like I was inconveniencing them. Wow. Been a business client here for over 20 years and it’s just getting worse

I waited 55 minutes to talk to one of the branch manager and was not able to see one. I was tire of waiting and walk out. 3 branch managers walk pass me several time and none greet me or ask if I have been help. I have been with sun trust bank for over 25 yrs. I am not happy with Truist. I will close my account and open with another bank. Branch managers are very unprofessional and doesn’t care about customers. May be I am not Latin since they greet Latin customers in Spanish and ignore me. More reason i should do business somewhere else.

good branch for low income customers. will not answer phone or return voice mail messages. misquoted money market rates.just close it down.

This is the worst branch ever! They never answer their phones. They seriously need someone for just that. There's been various times I've had to drive up there because they don't answer. Wish I could give them a negative review

I was waiting for almost an hour to be serviced (wire transfer), and was the only customer there for half that time. Never got helped by anyone.. Terrible customer service. I ended up calling a different branch and left to be assisted by that location. The location I went to afterward, was able to assist me within less than 2 minutes of entering their door, even with less staff.

I feel so much anger frustration with a worker from this bank today I went to this bank to ask for change for my business and Sergio denied me the change at the window gave me so much anger because I had to go shopping at a store that closed at 6 pm and I did not arrive on time, I called the supervisor of these banks and he agreed with what Sergio did. Please, if you don't want to have a bad time, don't open accounts at this bank and in February they will have another name, they are not. a trusted institutions. that's the reason they only have 2.5 stars

Sandy was the teller at the window. She was very rude and seemed as if she didn't like nor want her job. She was snarky and very short with customers. Once inside the other two tellers were very helpful and courteous, however once again Sandy was being rude to another customer.

The teller Sara an Rubi were phenomenal however the drive thru teller Sandi (?) was rude she acted as if she didn’t want to help us through the drive thru. She made me and my friend come into the branch. Sara had a line and asked Sandi for help and she acted like she didn’t want to help. Until rubi the manager came and started helping my friend. I like the gentleman that helped me a few times before. Thank you Sara and Rubi!
