Overall very helpful staff, David and Barbara were very knowledgeable and helpful with my upgrade and setup of my new iPhone. They were definitely much better than the nearby Verizon store. Decent selection of accessories and it’s nice to know I have unlimited screen protector replacements.

This place is terrible, impossible to get a hold of a person, no one has any idea whats going on, horrible management, its more important to spend 30 minutes trying to figure out if you have an account then just checking me out at a register.

Excellent customer service from the salesperson assisting me in my purchase of a new laptop. He went above and beyond helping me select the right one. I went back to the same Best Buy the next day and the technician was fantastic! I live in San Diego and purchased in DC. He let me work with him to install all of the software. He was genuine and friendly. I lost the paper that I recorded both names. They were both wonderful!

I called to ask a simple question about car audio installation. I was put on hold for over 17 minutes. When I finally got someone the girl DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CAR AUDIO BUT TOLD ME SHE WORKS IN THAT DEPARTMENT! That’s just crazy. Very unorganized place. Just order it online whatever it is. Unfortunately this was a car head unit that requires installation that I wanted and I needed to speak with someone. The line got disconnected then some guy who seemed Filipino by his accent answered and couldn’t answer my question. He put me on hold when I told him to go ask the technician. He gives me a big sigh and puts me on hold. Then I hear him pick the phone up and hang up again. Exactly what the girl did.

I purchased a new computer but I think the young man sold me something that I don't need... I hate that
