It was difficult getting my orders in time and sometimes getting my orders at all. And then later it was difficult getting refunds. But I will say that they tried their best with me. I just felt it was very difficult process the whole way. I do like the selection. They have a very very good range of styles and the prices are good too. It's just that this is a difficult company to work with I guess I would use the word "difficult." But if you have patience, then this could work out for you

As we know customer support these days is almost a daily grind, with something not going to plan...I have had the BEST experience with their customer support, even on the weekend when the shop has been closed someone has still got back to me..interaction has been a breeze after a bit of a mix up with the order.Product wise, I have ordered 2 pairs shoes and a few other items...I'm totally in love with them, quality is great... a happy customer ..Will 100 percent order from this company again.

Great website with lots of nice looking items. I tried to order twice, but got nothing after weeks of waiting. The support team replied several times to say that they would check what is going on with the order, but after 2 months, no reply from the shipping department. I had to cancel both orders.

Made a large purchase for my first order, sadly never got anything! I did get a few promises to "ship soon" but they never did. The website looks amazing with lots of inventory, but most of the items are not available anywhere else which should have been a clue, they simply post webpages of great Brazilian clothing but they don't have any. Clearly a con, do not order from them unless you want a lot of frustration.

I placed a large order and never received anything. After several emails of promises to ship, they never Did! The website has so many items not available anywhere else, if it looks to good to be true you can bet it ISN'T true. They are scammers DO NOT ORDER.

Not impressed. Ordered through afterpay for some clothes for a tournament. After 6 days of not hearing anything I tried calling and no answer. Found an email for CS and reached out. They said they had to look into it. Then a few days later got issued a refund due to delays at warehouse. I have no idea if I’m still getting the materials or just the refund. Not impressed. Would’ve liked the option to still order down the road.

They don’t answer the phone. The clothes are cheap material. They don’t even let you use the restroom. Don’t waste your time going there.

I ordered a pair of Freddy pants from Best Fit by Brazil. Initially I had not received a confirmation for my order through email and was nervous (especially reading some of the reviews on here). I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of my order and received a response a day later with my tracking number. Product arrived in perfect condition two days later. Was incredibly happy since this product was completely sold out in my size in another store. Thank you BFBB for saving the day! And thank you for putting my nerves at ease about whether the product would arrive.
