The service at Beyer Subaru is the best. It was very easy to get a loaner car while my car was being serviced, Adam kept in contact via text and my car was cleaned before it was given back to me!

I 1000% recommend Beyer Subaru. This was the first Subaru that we purchased, but it will not be the last. The team, especially Pete, were so helpful. They were not only professional, but made us immediately feel like part of the Subaru family. We were greeted by Levi, who was adorable (once you meet him you’ll know what I mean ?). The process was smooth and we rolled out with exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted.

I recently had a positive experience. Both the sales manager (Christopher Clark) and salesman (Peter Bader) were exceptionally transparent throughout the process, making it stress-free. The staff was great, especially Mario who walked me through all the features of my new car and answered all my questions. Even sent a follow-up email in case we missed something. This is the second car I have bought from Beyer Subaru, last was a 2012 Forrester and now 12 years later a Crosstrek.

I highly recommend buying a vehicle at Beyer Subaru. Much appreciation to sales professional Pete Bader for making the process of buying a new Forester a good experience. He was friendly, helpful and a good listener who says he loves his job and it shows. I live close to this dealership and have been telling my neighbors this is where they should go to buy a car.

I didn't just use this business. I WORKED here. I'll admit that the job here started off well. But then some of the workers here began to show their true colors. As a person with deficits, I'm pretty sure the horrible treatment classifies as a hostile work environment and I wish I had a body cam on me so I could've reported it to the ADA. Let's start off by saying that I didn't really feel like I was part of the team here. The only reason I didn't let my depression cause me to lash out was because I didn't want to lose my job. I'll own up and say that I wasn't perfect when it came to my performance. But what worker is? Like we're all human. However, I didn't know anyone there, so I was often singled out. Aside from various accounts of nepotism, the head service director there....let's just say, he had quite the temper and anyone who stood up to the abuse from him and the some of the workers (whom for the record, would often throw thier jobs onto us - the porters), we'd be reemed a new one by either the service director or the person in charge of the porters. The thing that caused my final day there was that one day, my boss yelled at me and cursed me out. On top of that, whenever something bad happened to any of us, he cared nothing about our well being. He would just moan about how much money he'd lose as a result. The following incident only showcased that. One day, a customer had wrecked a courtesy vehicle and when I was about to report the damage, I was infatically told by the head of the porters to leave said customer alone and he told them they were clear to leave. Next thing you know, he tells the service director a different story and he starts freaking out on me. I try to explain myself, but he wouldn't listen and I was fired. I never thought to come to this conclusion, but I've got a feeling that I was set up. This business is run by a bunch of unfair and corrupt people and I refuse to stay silent on the matter. Not only do they con their customers (Which a lot of their reviews have pretty much proven), but they're also unfair to some of their workers. Thanks to this place, I've got no motivation to work in the automotive field anymore and I suffer from anxiety from the crap I had to put up with here. I was brought in with a promise of a relaxed work environment. But I end up with this instead.Now I work a job that I don't really want. Well...at least the people at my new job are nice.
