Entered by mistake, was simply looking to file very simple personal tax returns, but the customer service was amazing. They cared and took care of everything in one stop. I meant to go to just a standard HR Block...happy with my mistake. Great place. Carleeta was awesome.

You're better off using turbo tax. Old maid at the front desk cut 2 thousand dollars from me for my refund.

Scheduled appointment, got a CONFIRMATION, scheduled time off work, then was later notified by email that the automated system "is not smart enough" to know that the confirmed appointment date/time actually was NOT available. Unprofessional; either bad system, or poor data input by this location. Owner: don't let a system create appointments during times/dates you are not available.

May try to file taxes myself.If I do my part to provide all the tax documents necessary one time, Block Advisors will do their part to enter the information and find deductions you're entitled to. Block Advisors found a deduction for me that I would not have found on my own.
