Horrible !One of them did my son taxes ( … he was trying) couldn’t finish, promised to call back next day and that was it! We never heard from him again… shame on you wasting our time!

Robin Alsoffi was an excellent advisor and understood all of needs for my taxes for 2023. I was able to file electronically with no problems and got my refund within weeks of filing with her! Recommended for all your tax services.

I had an appointment three weeks ago for a simple tax return. No word from the advisor. Had to call on the phone to find out that maybe my return will be done by the end of this week. Well, still no call back. They said my taxes were transferred. I kept calling and getting jerked around with no one to resolve my question.

This office used to be the go to office. In 2022 they had a complete overhaul of staff and not for the better. I no longer do business here, very slow and disorganized. The new tax professionals are not worth the premium priced charged at this location.

I’m going to leave this review in a couple places because there are multiple locations at fault.
I used the Block advisors on Richmond Hwy. in previous years with no issues. This year our tax pro had retired and so when I dropped my documents off I was told that someone else would take us on. This was in late February.
Then nothing. Silence.
I called the Richmond Hwy office and my documents had been passed to someone in a Woodbridge location. Fine. No big deal.
I use the my block account and it says that things are in progress, cool. Then I get a message that my case has been shifted to someone else. Ok, cool.
And then more silence. So I call again because it’s not early April. The gentleman that was in possession of our documents and had been told that he was going to be taking us on, had no idea. Not a clue.
And of course he’s busy because the deadline is looming. But that’s not my fault. I got my stuff in February.
Really disappointed. Really frustrated.
I called corporate and I’m still waiting to hear back from them.
