The service is horrible now. And please don’t walk in a person of color, which any bags. You are followed to no end. Kelly has changed, it’s just tacky to talk about customers before they even leave the store. I have spent lots there but I think it’s time to move on.

I like the quality of their products however, I don't appreciate paying $23 for an empty plastic case in order to get a very small palette of blush! It cost almost as much as the blush. I feel that this is a rip off! I would also like to have to know how much everything cost. The CX is not to be desired and this is an establishment that J would not recommend or return to.

Poor service! I walked in with my friend we liked one of the colognes no one, absolutely no one talk to us. We would have bought the cologne but the staff was too busy talking to each other. Also, a tall men salesperson keep looking (creepy looking guy) but he never talked to us neither. We left for Sephora. ;).

Poor client service. Only 1/3 staff members acknowledged me upon entry and throughout the 20 minutes I was in the store. The other 2 were going on and on about gymnastics, cheerleading, blah, blah, blah, and couldn't be bothered. The least you could do is say "hi" or "welcome." The staff desperately needs some training ASAP. I will not spend another penny here which is unfortunate given they have some great product lines.The hours listed here are also INCORRECT. THEY CLOSE AT 6 EVERYDAY!!!! NOT 7!!!

This is the closest location to my home/work BUT easily the worst location in the area when it comes to customer service/product availability. They sold me a defective product (Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels) and wouldn't replace/refund. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time and drive to the Arlington store or any of the DC locations.

I like coming to this place for the Kielh's and Bobbi Brown products when I am in town. Most of their stuff is pricey, but there are some good mid-range products too that you can't find at Sephora. My mom and I came here last week and had a wonderful experience with Shelley, who helped my mom find some good makeup products. But unfortunately, we did not have such an experience with Kelly (?) Upon arriving home, we noticed that we didn't receive the free gift bag for buying a certain amount. Which is no big deal; we were in a rush, so everybody probably just forgot about the gift bag at the end of the transaction. I drove back to the store two days later and explained what happened to Kelly, but she kept telling me that they *did* give us the gift bag. As if I would come all the way back to the store just to lie to get another one. She asked me "which bag I was referring to" but I wasn't even aware that there were two different sizes. I only remembered where the bags were on the counter so I pointed to them, but she said "oh no this is the $90 gift bag". Even though we bought $190 worth of stuff. So anyways she finally just gave me the smaller gift bag and I left. I'm very upset that I was treated like some scammer by her. Shelley on the other hand was a total sweetheart!

Every time I go into the King Street store, I feel uncomfortable with Samantha. I never get that welcome feeling from her. When I asked her a question about a product, she does not assist me in explaining the product. She also does not make suggestions for another product. She even mumbles, making it difficult for me to understand her. I'm surprised she still works there with her unprofessional attitude.

I absolutely love this store!The staff is knowledgeable about the products and helpful when you need to ask a question!The only thing is that everything is so darn expensive and some of the products are just not worth the price! I know my skin care products and some of them are just overpriced for no reason!Other than that I love stopping in even if I'm not buying anything!

Terrible service. The staff was very unhelpful to me. I thought maybe that's how they were until a white woman walked in and everyone stopped what they were doing to help her. Now I understand that they were not interested in helping someone with brown skin.
