I bought the Celiajet for my vehicle. Went twice, unable to get loaner. Should have cancelled in shop at that time but took time to think about it. Contacted point of contact for scheduling my services and she did not offer phone number anything, was just told me to contact finance. Called for 3 days different times over week and half. I went in to get refund and pick up my plates. They said can't pick up phone in finance because they are always busy. 2 offices were empty at time walked in the building. My refund that I paid out of pocket would not get refunded to me but sent to my lien holder on title loan. Sales and service department were superb, kind and attentive for getting the car, but can't handle anything over the phone with finance or loaner department. Wish anyone luck if they have any issues on their vehicle purchase.

Nichita guntu has a disgusting personality. very condescending and lacks professionalism. i am a very busy young entreprenuer and was told many months ago on the phone my deposit for an i7 would be refunded (then suddenly he hung up on me).I tried reached them again by text seeing I had not received my refund and have yet to get a response. this would be a big mistake for bmw of alexandria. i never had an issue with my lamborghini allocation despite hearing of their arrogance. i expected a better experience from BMW of Alexandria. where did you find these broke old men?

Disappointing Service at BMW AlexandriaI visited BMW Alexandria this morning with the intention of purchasing a BMW M4, but was met with a level of service that was both disappointing and unprofessional. Despite spending 20 minutes in the dealership, prominently standing in front of the M4, not a single dealer approached me to offer assistance or inquire about my needs.This lack of attention and customer service is not what I expected from a reputable dealership like BMW Alexandria. It's unfortunate to say, but their team's indifference towards a potential buyer not only reflects poorly on their customer service standards but also resulted in a lost sale.For a brand that prides itself on excellence and customer satisfaction, my experience was starkly contrary. This was truly unacceptable, and I left highly disappointed. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of customer engagement practices at BMW Alexandria, so that future customers do not have to share the same experience.

Believe the negative reviews you see here wrt their service department. Terrible customer service; they actively look for ways not to honor their own promotions once they have you in the door; less than knowledgeable service reps who blame their inferior service on management with an "I just do what Im told". Be wary of any " recommended repairs or services here". Finally took advice of several friends who switched to BMW Fairfax for service and the experience is night and day. They actually treat you like someone who has spent 6 figures on a vehicle and they have earned my trust!2023 M850 owner

I made an appointment to perform the yearly service at this location. The car is in pretty good shape, so all they found that needed to be done was to align the suspension and rotate and balance the tires.Unfortunately I was told that they don't do any diagnostic or repair work on the weekends - and would need to come back a other day to do that.So why did I come here then? Shouldn't this be clearly stated on their website when I made the appointment?From the time I arrived to drop the car off until now...when I'm still waiting to get my car back...it's been over 3 and a half hours. Still not sure what for.Am I on a hidden camera show?

Waiting 50 minutes (so far) past my appointment time for a simple tire rotation and brake fluid flush and no service rep has talked to me.Nice greeter was his first day on the job. Not his fault this place doesn't value its customers time or know how to keep an appointment.J&F Motors on four mile run is MUCH better for your BMW service in Arlington/Alexandria.

I've really come to believe that BMW of Alexandria should be better known as the house of bait and switch! I received a $200 gift card from BMW of Alexandria that says to be used in their service department. If you look at the photos included here, you will see that there is no exclusion of any kind mentioned in this so-called gift card offer. So I took my car to them for an alignment and asked if I could use the $200 gift card towards the $228 price that they have. I was told no, the gift card is not valid for that, even though it came to me from them without any restrictions or any limitations or exclusions on the document. Needless to say, I was surprised and disappointed; so I took my car to another dealer and they took care of it. I don't intend to take my car back to this company ever again because if they cannot honor a gift card, I'm not sure what type of service or quality I could expect from them.

If zero stars were an option, that would be a more accurate reflection of my review! I worked in management of car business for many years so I'm very familiar with how car dealerships run. First, this dealership claims to have ONE price, there is ZERO negotiation! Second, customer service is AWFUL!!! Third, they are RUDE and LIE and still owe me money!I purchased a vehicle from them earlier this year. I knew the vehicle and made arrangements with Andri to test drive the vehicle at a specific time. I showed up on time and took a while to find someone to help me and direct me to Andri! I took a quick test drive and check the vehicle over and sat down to negotiate. There was no negotiating, none! The agreed to give me all weather mats for my vehicle though. I already had obtained my own financing and extended warranty and proceeded to complete all the necessary paperwork. I went to pick up cashier checks from my bank and was told to text copies of the checks to Andri to facilitate the paperwork. I asked that I complete everything necessary so I could drop the checks off and leave when I returned. The process for the paperwork was quite slow, especially considering this was essentially a cash deal for them since I was providing cashier checks for the whole purchase. I also had my own tags that were being put on the vehicle. I send copies of those checks as requested and let Andri know precisely what time I would be back. Upon arrival he was with another customer and again, I couldn't find anyone to assist me. Then I was told it would be just about 3 minutes. I arrived back at the dealership before 2pm and by 230pm was beginning to get quite frustrated. Andri was not available and I was still waiting on the finance manger, Jeremy Seepersaud. I popped in to his office and asked how much longer it would be, he was quite RUDE to me! I asked Andri to ensure that there was absolutely NO dealer or other advertising on the vehicle and when I walk out to leave, this request was not honored! To make matters worse, they messed up the tags and I had to spend over an hour at DMV resolving this issue. I sent Andri a receipt for the mats that they promised me, he was on vacation and requested that I remind him the following week, which I promptly did. Three weeks later, I had still not received a check so I followed up. I was assured that I would have a check the following week and that it was 'processing', when i hadn't received a check the following week, i followed up again. I then reached out to the General manager and the used car manger multiple times over the last few weeks and NOT ONE person has returned a call or email NOR have they reimbursed me as promised! I really hoped they would follow through on their promises and redeem my HORRIBLE experience with them before i wrote any reviews, but here we are!

Overall great experience! It's been 7.5 years since my last new car buying experience, on my previous purchase, I was in-out of the dealership in 45 mins wrapping up a deal - granted I did the whole deal over the phone. This time with BMW of Alexandria, I was at the dealership for 4.5 hours - granted that's from start to finish: test drive, negotiating, financing and then off I went with my new car. My salesman Andrii was the utmost respectful and informative - he explained the vehicle specs to me in detail, which was much appreciated, off I went on my test drive...upon my return I made a fair & competitive offer, we went back and forth about 3x, but I stayed firm on my offer. Finally, the new car manager [Kenchan] accepted, they even found me an incentive via NFCU [another plus...!]. At the last step of my purchase, I was introduced to Dustin who was courteous and direct - I explained to him that my cu was offering X% @ 84 months, he asked that if he was able to beat hat offer, it if I would go with their financing - sure enough he was able to beat it at the terms I felt comfortable. He went over all the offerings his dealership offers where I kindly declined and off I went home with my car. An overall great experience!

This is a review of the Parts Department. The parts person was very rude, I know it was late on a gorgeous Saturday and you were stuck sitting inside a dark room; but at least pretend you want to be there. Believe me I wanted to be somewhere else too: but I needed a couple of parts to prepare my car for State inspection. Will not return to this dealership for anything.
