I had the brakes replaced, the oil changed, and all fluids changed out on my truck. Pricing was very fair, and the service was prompt. Scott Phillips was the service manager that I dealt with, and he is a professional. Scott went over every aspect of the service recommendations made by the mechanic and differentiated between necessary and unnecessary. The lobby is clean, and the shop looks well-organized. No need to go to those hack shops along Route 1!

I went yesterday for a standard oil change and maintenance. Bradham recommended I have my front and rear suspensions serviced and quoted me $5,808 ($4,400 for the front, $1,408 for the rear). Shocked by this, I got a second opinion at a place across the street from them, and I now only have to pay $2,600 for everything. Not sure why such a large discrepancy, but I'm glad that I didn't get this work done there. I did get another $1,500 worth of work done at the time, but I am now questioning if that was overpriced as well. (Cabin filter replacement, transmission, oil change, spark plugs.)

Bradham Automotive exceeded every expectation. I called them out of the blue with a car that had been sitting untouched for six months, and they didn’t hesitate—they took it in right away. They kept me updated at every step, explained what they were doing, and brought the vehicle completely back to life. The level of professionalism, communication, and genuine care they showed is rare these days. I’d return without hesitation—100 percent. Highly recommend!

Bradham Automotive in Old Town Alexandria has become an auto repair shop I genuinely trust and personally recommend. I have interacted with members of both the front office and the service crew, and each person has consistently offered professional, personal, and genuine kindness.
What I appreciate most is how they go above and beyond with both the service of my car and the transparency of their communication. The agent walks me through what needs immediate attention and what can be planned for later. Their communication is easy and respectful. I also love the text messages that update me on the progress of the service and offer helpful heads-ups on future maintenance.
The shop is clean and organized. They have stepped in to help me more than once, fitting me into a tight schedule or offering thoughtful guidance when I needed it. My experience has been easy whether I needed to drop my car off or pick it up after hours, and/or get my emissions test completed.
My car has passed 150,000 miles and is still running beautifully with certainty because of the care it receives here. I am grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and consistency of everyone at Bradham. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Had some unique repairs needed on my car's suspension and Jake and the team at Bradham did a great job. Friendly, respectful of my time, and they took great care of my car. Definitely recommend!
