I am a 58-year-old US Army veteran and type -2 Diabetic. I have been working out at BT-Fitness for several months now. I lost weight, I have more energy, and my blood sugar levels are good. The instructor is the best. They call him "B". Good-hearted people all with the common goal of helping you develop physically and emotionally. So no matter your age, I highly recommend BT-Fitness to get you on the right track to a better you !!Big thanks to "B" and his staff there and GOD bless!!

My wife and I have been working with B for the past year. We do both private and group classses multiple days a week.He is dedicated to his craft and enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals. He actively finds ways to add variety to his private and group classes to ensure individuals are not getting bored.Additionally, he has the ability to motivate individuals to go for that extra rep or longer than they would by themselves. Both my wife and I would highly recommend B to anyone in the Alexandria area.

BT Fitness is the best gym in the area. I tried several gyms through the mind body app and this one takes the cake! EVERY single class is amazing and effective. B is an exceptional trainer and he really motivates you to want better for yourself. I have been coming to this gym for several years now - right after having a baby and then boom the pandemic hit. Needless to say I needed a gym that would give me results and that’s just what I found with BT fitness. My daughter is now two and I am 50lbs lighter and more importantly stronger than ever before. I started consistently working out in April and since then I have seen amazing improvements not just physically but mentally. I can’t say enough good things about BT. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you B!

I can't say enough great things about BT Fitness and the owner, Berhane. Several years ago Berhane got me in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately I moved away and stopped going. Well, over the past two years, like most people, I gained the COVID 20 pounds and ended up in the worst shape of my life. I tried gyms and trainers and to no avail, nothing worked. I knew what I had to do. I contacted Berhane, started taking his classes and in two months, I dropped most of the weight! I am feeling like my old self again and continuing to make major progress. I was so depressed but B has motivated me, encouraged me, and supported me through my weight loss and fitness journey and continues to do so. He is absolutely the best trainer in the DMV. HANDS DOWN! He is Knowledgeable and cares about your success. AND I WILL continue to drive 35 miles from Maryland to VA because he is THAT GREAT and worth it!

BT Fitness…2 words life changing. Every so often we come across individuals who are doing exactly what they’re meant to do. Berhene at BT Fitness is one of those individuals. He treats personal training like an art and his trainees like his artwork.It is not hard to find trainers who help achieve a great workout during your sessions. What makes Berhene and BT Fitness unique is that exercise and meal plans are geared towards teaching you lifelong techniques and discipline. Additionally, Berhene meets you where you are while simultaneously pushing you beyond your perceived limits.When I first begin training with Berhene, I was the typical guy who played sports and figured I knew something about fitness. Well, thanks to Berhene, that my thought process was appropriately altered. He first taught me how to truly workout and not waste a minute of activity. I learn how to get a valuable workout in with no equipment and limited time. Next, he used my economical nature to stress the importance of a healthy diet. I can’t forget his words “you are wasting your money and time with me if you don’t change your eating habits”. He knew that would resonate with me. Lastly, Berhene has the expertise to tailor a fitness and nutrition plan according to your goals, genetics, and capabilities. For example, during a turning point of my training when I was feeling stronger and losing weight, I sprained my big toe. I thought great, all my progress will be lost. However, I was wrong because Berhene unique developed a fitness plan which help me continue my forward movement towards my goals.So, if you are considering Berhene and BT Fitness think about it no longer and make the commitment…your life will not be the same.

Highly recommend BT Fitness. B really upped my weightlifting and diet game I and can't say enough about how he improved my leg and back strength. I've had 4 ACL tears in my left knee, which hasn't felt right in years, and I consistently tweaked my back whenever I tried to do heavier squats or deadlifts. Over the course of training with B, my leg and back strength improved dramatically and feel better than ever. There is no question that strength training, with the right trainer, can make all the difference. If you are looking to feel better B is great (not to mention help me/you look great!!).
