The kids drove the car and came home with 3 panels damaged. Did a great job repairing and placing the 3 panels. Was done earlier than expected. Also work with them before and decided to have them replace all 4 tires. They did an excellent job on the tires

Caliber did great with an insurance claim repair from the initial estimate to the final delivery. I especially liked the periodic SMSs that kept me up to date with its progress and when it was done and ready for pickup. They handled the Enterprise rental for this, too. The entire car was washed for delivery which was really nice since it was long due for one!

Competent, friendly, honest and efficient service from a team of guys who really seem to like their jobs and care about their customers. We have used them twice and will use them as long as we live in northern VA! They can keep your car looking new, no matter how many times you ding it up! I wish I had come here sooner.
