They did a fantastic job repairing my van! They blended the repaired area to match the rest of the van perfectly. While picking up my car, I noticed a little bit of an orange-peel effect along the bottom of my door and they quickly buffed it out. This company takes care of you and your car! They keep you posted every few days on the progress of the repairs. I asked if they would mind filling the windshield wiper tank which they did (I had the fluid) and at my request gave me names of car washes in my area that did not use brushes.Marlon was a true gentleman and did everything possible to seethat I was pleased with the results. (Give this man a raise!)

I had my car taken to Caliber Collision on Farrington Avenue after an accident I was in. I am very pleased with the service I received. I appreciated the high quality of the repair along with the consistent professionalism the employees demonstrated. Guy was incredibly personable and helpful throughout this process, sending frequent status updates (via text messages and phone calls) and answering all my questions. The repair did take a bit longer than I had anticipated due to auto part delivery timelines, but I am very satisfied with the work they completed and would absolutely recommend this shop to my family and friends. Great location. Went there because they are one of only a dww Audi authorized facilities in the DMV. The staff was great. All were friendly and responsive to my inquiries. They made the insurance process smooth and I would highly recommend.
