So far a bit worried, the estimate on my Chrysler 300 has gone up twice now totalling several thousand dollars over the initial estimate. Now they just added an additional 8 days to my wait time, which was already over a week. We will see how it ends up, but so far not feeling that good about it...

Dealing with a damaged vehicle is never a desire, but Caliber Collision made the repairs pain-free. Damian was exceptional throughout the whole process. While there were delays, Damian treated my vehicle as his own, ensuring the work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend this location to others!

I am a long time customer of the Caliber Collision center in Del Ray, Alexandria and they have always taken good care of me. I recently had Damian and ErikQ fix some scratches and dents on the front side panel of my car and they did an excellent job. Their professionalism, quality of work and customer service were all top notch (A+ all the way). I highly recommend them. Thanks.

Every time I booked an appointment for a 20 minute estimate at any caliber, this location called to cancel. They refused to honor the appointment their call center had set up twice, creating estimate hours from 10-2pm only that the corporate line said they should not be doing. These people give the opposite of customer service. They are not interested in running a business. I'm complaining to USAA to not send customers to this location due to the inconsistencies and constant cancelations. When you make an appointment, you should honor it, or you should not use a central call center that does not know about the hours of the store. Caliber as a company is misaligned between corporate and the actual location. It's not the location's fault, but it ruins trust in the company brand. They need to fix this asap.
