“Typically I rent from the airport when I need a rental, but I decided to try this particular branch. Wow, It was such a great decision!If you ever called a car rental office you know that it's extremely hard to speak to a live representative. Prior to renting from this location not only was I able to speak to live person, I was also given the details of the classes of vehicles that were available. Sometimes you can book ,and what you need is not available. The conversation was very pleasant and you could tell this branch values their customers. Once I arrived at the physical location everyone spoke and greeted me; which is not often done, and went above to make sure I was satisfied as a customer being as though there were a few discrepancies with my contract. (The Hertz App has a mind of it's on).This location will definitely be my new primary rental. The car I was given was extremely clean! If you've rented a car you know most company's barely wipe down the steering wheel after the cars have been in use. I want to thank Andre A who is the branch manager for leading such a great team of individuals, and taking time to assist me while you were handling a corporate situation. If I could give more stars I would as you, Nikra M., and Nicholas F. provided me with superb customer service.
