About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Alexandria, VA is a trusted and reliable company for rental cars, whether for a weekend getaway, errands, or when a personal car is in the shop. The location on Edsall Road offers a wide range of vehicles and flexible rental options. The staff is friendly, pleasant, helpful, and absolutely professional, providing easy and stress-free service. They are ready to pick customers up. While the location is good, it is also very tight and hard to move around, especially for pickups after returning a car. Customers should be aware that pickups and drop-offs are not available on weekends at this location. Overall, Enterprise is known for excellent customer service and gets people on their way fast.

The staff is polite, but they have no concept of urgency. Waited an hour and 40 minutes to pick up the car and that was with an appointment. If you operate on a schedule, pick someplace else.
Other than that, the car was clean.

Great experience, only 1 star short because the rear L.E.D. blinker was only half lit and every time we used the turn signal, it said it was out. Also, vehicle was due for an oil change when we got it and our return destination was over 1400 miles away.
